I work for the state of California and my wife is a retiree from same so our insurance situation is different from most. Long story short. I was looking for Medigap coverage, so I contacted Debbie Bennett and she was so helpful. We emailed back and forth a few times and she told me what kind of questions I should be asking. Once I found out that I didn't have those options, I emailed her and let her know, thinking that was it. But no, she emailed me recently asking if everything was good and I was happy with what I had, and if anyone else needs Medicare help to please send them her way. I said I would definitely do that.
