I'm surprised by all the positive reviews this office has. We had an awful experience. We called to change bank accounts on my husband's life policy and that is when things took a turn. Kevin asked why we didn't have State Farm for homeowners and auto and suggested he could save us money so we thought "why not?". They worked up quotes for us and things looked pretty good so we decided to go with them. It was a nightmare ever since. First he handed us off to one of his other agents "Cassandra" who called us the next day after our quotes to inform us that the price was increasing. Turns out we were trying to get an umbrella policy and one of our other vehicles, a classic, didn't have the correct amount of coverage so it was making the prices increase. And of course if you don't have all of your policies bundled-higher prices, which they are quick to tell you. When I asked her about why this happened, she got very defensive and basically blamed me for not telling her what the other coverage was. Well for one thing-you never asked me and I gave you all the information that you requested. To me, shouldn't that be YOUR job as the insurance expert to ask the right questions and get the pertinent information? Then everything continued to decline from there. Next, days before our new policy was to begin, another email that our homeowners policy price was increasing because they needed a current alarm certificate. (They already requested and had one from November but apparently it was too old). I emailed it back within an hour of her email but found out that they had already sent the higher bill to our mortgage company. Not happy at all with this and their response was to deny that they had done anything wrong. They have caused a real mess for us to clean up and I don't know if we will ever see our money back from the overpayment that they caused. We had already processed cancelations for our other insurance, so, we really felt like we were at their mercy.Please be aware that when you get a quote from these people, it means nothing. They will increase prices on you and then make you feel like you withheld information from them and it's your fault when it is THEIR fault for not knowing what to ask or what they are doing. I've had numerous insurance policies in the past and never had quotes change so much. These people don't know what they are doing. Beware.

This company and this agent has done right by me and my husband. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star review is because state farm can be on the pricey end, but you get what you pay for, for the most part. Sometimes there is miscommunication and it can take more than one try to get your questions answered but that may be on my end explaining my questions better. They also respond in a timely manner and stay in touch until issues are resolved as satisfactorily as possible, insurance is an expensive but necessary part of life. In terms of customer service from this company however, I am satisfied.

Kevin is always willing to take the time to explain options and clarify all insurance questions. I've always appreciated his prompt follow ups and to any inquiry I send his way. Insurance is admittedly something very few particularly enjoy shopping for, but he makes it a much easier process to navigate.
