Great service! I needed them to send a my MRI image to a doctor. It was a little complicated, but they accomplished it. The young man who did it observed I was in pain standing, so he got me a chair. bravo!

I held my tongue when she said we shouldn’t be here early to an appointment, not the most friendliest shop. Will definitely give feedback to the company that made my appointment here to get prints done.

Staff ignored us and were talking amongst themselves (3 of them) when we walked in and made ilia wait/were unfriendly, and unhelpful. Wanted to charge me a dollar for taping shut my box (literally ONE PIECE of tape).

Came here after trying to go to a different carrier that was closed in observance of NY day. I had to mail out a package and don't have time in the week to get these types of things done. The staff member who assisted me was super helpful and kind. Convenient, close parking, no line. I know where to go now for my shipping needs.

Hands down the worst and the most expensive postal service I ever went to in my life. This should be a crime. The only reason why I went to this one is because Office Depot system was down. Always get priority shipping and never paid over 6.00 came to this one and it was 17.03 for small 10*9*4 package. Definitely over charged! Never again! Not only that, they are very rude as well! The only nice person there is the man that works there. Never again!

Granite Bay Postal is fast, friendly and reliable! Kim helped me ship a very expensive and fragile motorcycle part and it was handled with the upmost care. Always coming back for future shipments!

Went in for a notary service at 8:50 am, the lady behind the counter told me the notary would be there at 9am. So I walked around outside till 9:10, came back in, asked her for the notary and she said they come in at 10. When I told her you said 9, she straight up lied to my face and said no I said 10!!!. Instead of lying to a customer say the truth that you probably called the employee and they weren't coming in till later! Horrible service!!! Went to ups around the corner was done in 5 minutes.

Slowest Fedex delivery award 2x in a row. Dropped off once in the morning, didn't get notification until the next day. Dropped off another one at 5pm and still no notification the next day. Good thing the real Fedex office is nearby. Friendly staff though, please pay them more to increase productivity.

I have used this location for my business PO Box for many years. They are friendly and professional. I like the local "mom & pop" shop vibe they have here.

Best at Sierra College and Douglas Easy to work with . All major carriers. They will price shop your package for you. Never had a bad experience here.
