What a fun event! Meleya provides a variety of supplies and simply explains the directions so I did not feel at all intimidated and my succulent pumpkin looked great. I will be back for another class.

The Gather classes are fantastic! I have taken three so far. Yes, I did say so far…I am looking forward to taking more. The materials are amazing quality and all of the fresh materials last a very long time.

Signed up for a class with a couple of friends at the Flowerfarm Nursery, only to realize that we had the wrong date. The class we signed up for had already passed without us realizing. We were told we would have to buy new tickets at a discount. Buy one, get the second half price. We reluctlantly purchased the tickets since we were with other people. During the class, the instructor handed out the succulents and had some extra scraps that she said we could use. Other people went up to use them, but when my friend and I went up, she asked us if she could help us? The instructor never came back around to check on us and it felt very wierd being singled out about using the scraps as the other folks had..Although I enjoyed my creation, I was not happy about having to pay again and contacted my bank to dispute the previous ticket I had purchased. I was told by the bank that I could not get my money back because I was a "no show". While I have read the policy for Gather regarding this situation, we were never offered any type of credit for another class as stated on the website. I do not appreciate the instuctor hovering over my friend and I about materials that we have paid for..twice! Please double check your tickets and be aware of these shady business practices from this company.

BIG SHOUT OUT FOR MELEYA!!! :) Where do I begin??? You have got to take one class/work shop from Meleya!! Trust me, you will want to attend all of her classes/works shops! Meleya, thank you for always being creative and sharing your skills ! I have signed up for every class I can. I enjoy having a afternoon of fun and being creative. Me and my girlfriends attended Driftwood Succulent Centerpiece Workshop and had a fabulous time and came home with some great live works of art. It was relaxed and enjoyable. Teacher was very welcoming and informative. Highly recommend for a joyful time with friends.

COVID may have made Gather to temporarily close doors, but Meleya is still selling awesome DIY Craft Kits. I ordered 3 from her online website. She called me and asked the age and genders of my children and she took the time to put together 3 custom kits that my kids enjoyed immensely! And I even got them with her "no-contact" pick-up arrangement. You're amazing Meleya!

Terrible customer service and I wouldn't call them friendly. As a small business I was excited to support them and was honestly expecting more than the rude people I talked to.

Went here once. Never again. The owner couldent be more rude. The prices are ridiculously high and there creativity gets a -10 out of 100. This is a good place to go if your incapible of looking up a diy project and putting something together yourself. I could glue a feather to a stick and it would be better than any project they offer here. And if all of that isent enough to keep you from going here there lack parking will be because there is none.

Visited Gather Studio and Marketplace on Small Business Saturday! Beautiful place that has a ton of local vendors and items. They have jewelry, clothes, home decor, dry shampoo, and more! Gather hosts a variety of craft classes. You can learn to knit an infinity scarf, glass etching, jewelry stamping and so much more. The day I attended their one year anniversary event we made a glass gratitude jar and a hanging succulent in a glass ornament. I had so much fun! You can book your own private party, you can bring food and snacks for that or use their local chefs and bakers. Visiting here with a group of friends would be fun, for girls night out. Date night or a this is a great birthday party idea too! I'm looking forward to returning soon!

If you are at all crafty or want to learn how to get your craft on, Gather has you covered. This place is warm and inviting with classes that include making chunky blankets and body scrubs, and they are celebrating their one-year anniversary on Small Business Saturday, Nov. 30. In addition to craft-making, the shop also offers goodies and wares from local vendors, ranging from soy candles to caps. I saw a lot of cute stuff that would make great gifts and my friend actually bought a gift for someone while we were there. The owner guided us through the body scrub-making process, which was very easy and included a wide variety of naturally fragranced oils, botanicals for exfoliation, two different kinds of sugar, salt and coconut oil for moisture. We each made three different scrubs, which smelled great and since my friend won a contest, we were able to enjoy mimosas while we made our scrubs to add to the fun. Thanks for the fun afternoon : )

What a cute little boutique showcasing local crafters and artists' creations! One-of-a-kind jewelry, candles, pottery, shirts, purses, hats, and more are displayed on one side of the room and the "studio" portion with tables are on the other side. Gather holds a number of different crafting classes, from painting to macramé, to candles and body scrubs, and everything in between! They also offer seasonal classes such as wreath-making and chunky blanket weaving. I attended a private "Scrub & Bubbly" party where we made 3 different body scrubs to take home. The sweet owner Meleya was our instructor and had the mimosa bar and our work space, nicely organized with all of our tools and ingredients, set up when we arrived for our 90 minute class. She had some pre-printed recipe suggestions for us or we could make up our own concoctions as far as what scents we liked. Everyone's individual sugar scrubs turned out amazing! It was such a fun and enjoyable time, sipping on our mimosas and getting our hands dirty (and by that, I actually mean, getting our hands CLEAN AND SOFT AND SMELLING WONDERFUL!). Perfect spot to host a special event (birthdays, showers, etc.) or if you're just in a crafting mood. So gather your friends, make something awesome, and have a great time!

Had my 16th birthday here with a bunch of friends! The classes and projects they offer here are really fun and great to do for parties. They provided me and my friends with a space for the party and everyone had a great time making bath bombs there! Great venue for hanging out with friends! I'm definitely going to go back for classes in the future
