They set up the new one and hauled away the old one.I hope Mattress Firm knows how lucky they are to have those delivery guys. He worked with us for about an hour and found us the best mattress for our needs. “Yesterday, (May 19, 2024) took my first visit to Bob’s as I was in the market for a chest of drawers. Normally I’m skeptical of big box furniture stores given past experiences and was defensive walking in. This quickly faded as a very helpful, and not at all pushy sales rep named Rich ended up assisting me and I soon found out the entire staff was as warm and helpful as Rich! I was later introduced to Nicole and she was just as warm and welcoming as Rich and wanted to make sure I found what I was looking for and was happy with the process. The store was expansive, as was the selection. The prices were surprisingly low as furniture goes. It was clean and bright and easy to shop in. I ended up finding what I was looking for and the transaction process was easy and wireless (they accept Apple Pay!). I’ve never recommended a furniture store or written a post for one, but if you’re looking, give them a try and they may change your mind about big box furniture stores like they did mine!”

I have shopped at several mattress firm stores with different family members to purchase mattresses, I have always gotten great service, however Marlon has set a new higher standard for what I will expect in the future. I want to be clear I've never had bad service it's just the Marlon was above and beyond the previous great service I had received.”

“We would like to share about the excellent customer service we received from Chai. We had been shopping online for lamps and then decided to visit the Sunrise store. Chai was very friendly and answered our questions. He was very knowledgeable about the products and I really liked his 'no pressure' approach. Its refreshing to meet a salesperson who puts the needs of customers first. We weren't ready to buy, but we had the information we needed. Today, Chai called us and let us know our lamps were on sale! Thanks to Chai we saved almost $500 on our lamps today. We are extremely pleased and will tell our friends to check out Lamps Plus!”
“My boyfriend and I have been sleeping on our hide a bed couch for the past 2 weeks and our back begin to hurt. So we went to America Furnitures store to look for a bedroom set. Robert was so helpful in explaining things to us and when I explained to him that I have a bad back and I needed something more comfortable for me... He explained the differences in the firmness in differences in the mattresses and he was right on thr spot with the kind if mattress that would be more comfortable for me. He was a very awesome associate to help us understand things with the beds and mattress. Tom was also awesome ans between the the two of them they have given us a great deal on our bedroom and mattress furniture. If we ever need furniture for our place, we will definitely buy again from America's Furniture! It sure was a great place to buy Furnitures and the associates are very friendly and warm and welcome you to the store!”

“Had better shopping experience here in contrast to the now-closed location by the Fountains. Though staff are busy, they take time to ask customers if they need help finding anything in the nursery. One of the staff provided more information about Evergreeens more than I can find on the internet.They also participate in giving away free Christmas Trees for military families during the holidays.”
