I went in with a general idea of what I wanted. The selection was vast and I found five products to choose from. After I had narrowed it to two, the friendly, knowledgeable staff gave me helpful information and chatted for a moment. An enjoyable experience; I'll be back.

I recently moved to GB and inherited chickens. This place has been very helpful with keeping my chickens fed and supplies for keeping the coop cleaned up. The staff are very helpful and make good suggestions. They also have a great array of dog toys and dog/ cat food. I like that they grab and load the heavy, bulky items and put them in your car.

Affordable bags of Timothy hay available for my rabbit! Stopped in on a whim and they delivered with fast service. Just an FYI: They have some live feed but not crickets. Not sure what else they have to offer as I was on a rabbit hay mission.

Extremely disappointed in their "timothy" hay. I saw no timothy in it and it was ridiculously expensive at 35$ a bale. I won't be buying hay from them anymore. The feed and tack store and pet store are still great though.

This family own business takes pride in training their employees to treat their customers right! Yeah, you could go to Petco or Costco or some other big box store, but you can't beat the convenience of shopping locally for a couple of reasons. First, you wouldn't get Samantha who recognizes you and can pull up your previous orders to help you out.first, you wouldn't get Samantha who recognizes you and can pull up your previous orders to help you out. Second, you won't get Sam who will load you up without having to be asked twice! Third, you won't get a small business who cares about what your needs are, is open conveniently for you to come and get any tach supply, feed supply, or choose from carefully maintained live chicks and apparel for both you and your animals/pets. fourth, if none of these things happen - Deedee or Craig, the owners- are happy to make sure that you either get what you need right then and there or they order it! I have some pretty happy girls because of that feed supply!

Very friendly and helpful staff, but the dog baths have some issues with the soap coming out and blow dryers being warm enough.
