“Overall service for a 65,000 milage maintenance check-up was good. Staff was friendly and attentive. Car ran better after the service. It was an all-day event which was a little surprise. Was told it would half a day when I made appointment. Only concern was the cost. I called another source (dealer) after the service and it was less by 20% and they address any open warranty items at no cost. M45 told me they do not do warranty/recall work. Overall, I am satisfied with M45 but I will probably try other source just so I have two places that can work on car.”

“Brought in my car for a carbon cleaning service, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received from these boys.The staff was friendly and professional. They took the time to explain the repairs needed, provided a detailed estimate, and answered all of my questions regarding what the inspection brought up. Their real time monitoring system was great in seeing the work being done and their notes provided reassurance in their work.
The prices were fair, and there were no surprises when it came time to pay as their online system had all labor and parts calculated ahead of time.”

“Had a nail in a tire and Les Schwab told me the only solution was to replace ALL the tires since I had an AWD. Les Schwab wanted to charge me $700+ to do that. Went to Souza's instead.. they patched the one tire for only $15. They saved me $600+. Thank you so much to them!!!”

All staff is great here and I got to work with Robert who was very transparent, informative and gave me confidence that my car was in good hands. He walked me through what the process of repairs would look like and delivered my car early. Great place to go for repairs, would recommend.”

“We've had a myriad of issues with our older Toyota RAV4 SUV that's been otherwise amazing and reliable until a few months ago. A friend referred me to GM Specialities and spoke highly of their customer service, great craftsmanship, honesty, integrity, knowledge, and efficiency.
I didn't hesitate to call and had the pleasure of speaking to their general manager, KC. He was every bit as amazing as I've heard.
Unlike other shops that have little to no customer service and want to get you in for a diagnostic appointment at any cost, he was gracious and kind enough to educate me on potentially preventing further damage to the vehicle. While we were hoping it was salvageable, I didn't want to do anything to possibly worsen the situation. Our car has been golden until the alternator, battery, and radiator went out back to back. We did a slightly overdue tuneup and replaced the ignition coils and spark plugs. Unfortunately, it's had a misfire issue we couldn't get to the bottom of. He instructed me to have it towed to the shop and not to drive it as we could potentially ruin the catalytic converter or engine.
KC was able to get us in for an appointment the following day, and their diagnostic estimate pricing is far better than any dealer, and they do a much better job.
Unfortunately, a blown head gasket was our fate, but I'm glad we finally have concrete answers so my family can move on and purchase another reliable and safe vehicle that we'll love and make memories with.
It's clear the shop employees are well educated and taken care of, and I wouldn't hesitate to bring our other vehicle in any time. Great, reliable mechanics have become more and more difficult to find these days. Have faith and trust they'll do great quality, honest work, and do you right.
Remember at the end of the day, life happens, and while some things are outside of our control, your best bet is to always stay on top of routine car maintenance to ensure the maximum life and safety of your vehicle. Routine oil changes and scheduled maintenance are easily forgotten, but your car and checkbook will thank you later!”

They also topped off all my fluids and did a courtesy check on a few areas of my truck.
