“Had an issue pulling into the space I was originally assigned. The neighboring RV was encroaching my space. I called into another facility, as the highland facility was technically closed for business. The gentleman who answered the phone took care of the issue very quickly by assigning me to another space. He was very professional and understanding.”
“Called in looking for a 26' box truck because the place I usually go was out. I got a live person on the phone right away(no hassle phone system) I believe his name was Anthony. Very helpful, got me checked in & on my way quickly. The truck is in good overall condition, only minor complaint is there is what I assume to be safety system installed which beeps at you every time it thinks you're too close to the car in front of you, or every time someone changes lanes in front of you. Otherwise was a great rental experience, they even give you til closing the day after you rent, at the one day charge. I'll use them again in the future.”

“Miguel and the whole crew at Uhaul went above and beyond for us. We were loading up our Uhaul outside in the direct sun and someone came out to check on us every hour to give us water. So unexpected and appreciated!

And it's a very clean garage and mechanic shop that I might possibly return to for business if I am ever in the need of car repairs or oil changes.”

“Was slightly hesitant on picking up from a "neighborhood dealer" located at a gas station, but all worries were quickly put to rest once I arrived and checked-in. There was a dedicated U-haul rep inside this location who had me sorted in about 5 minutes. Their "lot" is smaller but the equipment is well organized and they were one of the only locations within 20 miles that had a 26' truck available. They even comped me an extra day for letting them know I would be needing the truck a little longer than originally scheduled. 5/5, thank you!!”
