I am normally not one to leave a negative review because I don't like negatively affecting business. But this one was necessary.
I have a hard to find Disney shirt that i paid over $100 for at the time. I took it in for a small stain and i told them that you cannot wash this type of fabric because of the letters.
When i got my shirt back, i was charged and my shirt being absolutely ruined was never acknowledged. I noticed it but I didn't say anything because at that point there was nothing to say, nothing to resolve, because nothing was going to fix my shirt.
The top shirt is the original way i brought it in, the letters were in perfect condition. The bottom is how i got it back. I have been trying to fix it with designated markers as you can see in the last two letters, but its not the same.
Please be careful when you take clothes here, do not take valuables.
I wish they would have at least acknowledged that they ruined my shirt.

I rarely use a dry cleaning service, but I had three dry clean only blazers that had stains around the sleeves... I took them here on a Tuesday... they said that they would be ready on Friday after 4pm.. ownersVery pleasant... I picked them up around 6 pm..the following morning (today) I opened the bag and noticed that the stains were STILL on the sleeves... I then decided to get a wet cloth to see if they would come out rubbing them with water... they totally came out!! This leads me to bet that they were NOT even cleaned at all!! I am planning to take them back this morning and confront them... which I hate doing... bottom line...I will never go here again!! BEWARE!!! If they did this to me.. how many other customers are they ripping off!!

I brought a suit and some dresses here for cleaning. Everything came back in great condition and I believe they charge a fair price. I don't dry clean often but they definitely found a repeat customer in me.

The new owners of this business are ripping people off. They have their posted prices, but are changing 50 cents per piece over what their posted price is. I spoke with the new owner and he said that he has been doing that since the first of the year. He acted like he thought it was funny. Time to find a new dry cleaner.
