Usually when I go to CVS in Grand Terrace, CA to pick up my medications, my wait time is 10-15 minutes. There is always only one person to service both the counter inside and the people at the drive-up window. I have never seen a second person come up to assist when there are 3+ people waiting at the counter and drive-up window. One day when I was the only person in line, two employees acknowledged me but neither came for several minutes to help me. \nOne time when I was scheduled for surgery, my doctor sent in an Rx for Norco to use afterwards. Four days later when I asked if I could pick it up, the pharmacist said they didn't have it in stock. I asked her if she had contacted my doctor for a substitute Rx. She said \"no.\" Only when I pressed her did I get a text later that my doctor had been contacted. Then a few hours later I received a text that my doctor had not authorized any narcotic pain medication. When I told my doctor on the day of my surgery that I didn't have a narcotic pain killer for use afterwards, she promptly ordered it. It all makes me wonder if I can always believe what the employees at the pharmacy tell me.

I'd give ZERO stars if I could. Do NOT Come here if your prescription is urgent.!! I had surgery and was given a prescription for pain management and this place took all day to fill it. They kept telling me they put a rush and 30 more min. I took 5 trips there. They lie...have no compassion whatsoever. My anesthesia wore off and I was in the worse pain ever

Awful and UncaringThis pharmacy received my prescription by phone which was called in from the Redlands Community Hospital. When I called on Sunday afternoon to check the status, I was told that they did not have my prescription ready and they did not currently have this medication in the store. I was told that it would take 2 days for them to obtain this antibiotic. I wanted to request that they transfer my prescription to another CVS, but between the hours of 2:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. I could not reach them by phone. I finally got through at 6:00 p.m. and was immediately told that they were now closed, and call back at 8 o'clock the next day before being HUNG UP ON. I had a severe infection and missed my antibiotic dosage that night. In frustration I called the 24 hour Redlands mall CVS store to see if they could transfer my prescription as they did have the medication in their store. They then told me that the Grand Terrace CVS store had add 'deactivated' my prescription and I would have to call my doctor (the hospital) to have her call it and again I had this prescription called in to Rite Aide on Washington and Cooley and I will NEVER ... use the CVS pharmacy again!

Cashiers are always kind and helpful. Farzan (?), the pharmacy tech was sooo amazing the other night. We had little issues with Rxs, dup accts, ins.... he was so helpful and patient. The perfect employee any employer would love to have. His patience and kindness with other customers was admirable also. The Pharmacist working with him was also helpful, kind and patient. That evening was very busy, but they exemplified amazing customer service. Thank you!!

Sadly am changing pharmacy. My doctor called in three separate times because their techs couldn't get it right. The problems have been past 6 months. They try to make it my or my doctors fault. Check your stuff before leaving.

So sad, had some really good sale deals. Got up to the register, but don't have a membership card, so no deals, too bad. A sale used to be sale for everyone. Now it's only for those willing to carry every card for every store around. So I left feeling sad. I give CVS corporation 1 star, since there isn't any way to give less.

I don't think any of these girls know what they're doing... they all should pick different careers, I need to switch pharmacy's ASAP. If you're VERY sick and REALLY need your medicine ASAP DO NO COME HERE go somewhere else go behind your alley I bet the drug dealer behind you cares more about your health than these girls do.. very unprofessional..

The wait is horrible. People in the back don't help and ignore you even though your waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting. Poor customer service. This place belongs in another city not grand terrace

Amazing that the pharmacist is so lacking in customer service Do they not realize there is a Walgreens across the street? Each customer that is not happy has a convenient option. Every customer You lose puts others jobs in jeopardy. Tonight after waiting in line to pick up a prescription I asked for a flu shot. Waited and waited and finally just left.

I have a spinal cord tumor/chronic pain and was going out of town for 5 days and was in desperate need of a medication and my pharmacy didn't get it in as expected. My pharmacy told me that they would give my prescription back if I could find another pharmacy that had it. I began calling around and all the pharmacy's were very helpful in checking but they didn't have it. After about 5 other pharmacy's I called CVS they just told me it was their policy not to give that information out over the phone and I would have to go pick up my prescription and bring it into them to find out if they even had it in stock. Some places seem to be less and less helpful these days. Other than that, they may be just fine...
