I went in with a broken necklace and he was super nice and helpful and explained why it keeps coming apart and what I can do to fix it, then repaired it at no charge. It was a wonderful win on a stressful day! Thanks again!!

I needed to get my wedding ring repaired because a prong had snapped and one of the diamonds had fallen out. I had some terrible luck in the past with popular jewelry stores and decided to look up some small business on yelp. I am so glad I did! They were so welcoming and kind and had my ring repaired in no time. It looks excellent and cost me less than I had anticipated. I will definitely be a returning customer! :)

they are a husband and wife couple that own the place and they are absolutely divine both of them are kind, great customer service and they welcome me with a smile! my family has been going to them for nearly over 20 years my mom has been with them for a very long time I do highly recommend them, We have bought jewelry from them and we have also had numerous jewelry pieces worked on no complaints at all

I walked in to Burt's Jewelry & repair to see if they would be able to reimagine a diamond ring that I had from a few years back. I met Burt and he said he could and showed me some designs. I decided to leave my ring after we chose a style. He called me back in a surprisingly short amount of time and WOW was I ever happy. The ring was beautiful!! And it was also pretty reasonable. I was so thrilled with it, that my husband had a ring of his reimagined as well. We are now lifelong customers and would highly recommend Burt's Jewelery design. Burt and Deborah are awesome.

I meant to post a review sooner but life has been busy with a wedding, and a small honeymoon. We purchased part of my wedding ring set in a smaller size and needed to get it resized ASAP before our wedding. We dropped the ring off on a Wednesday and Burt’s Jewelry had it ready on Friday the day before our wedding. This isn’t the first time they’ve resized a ring for me and probably won’t be the last. We are always happy with their work.

The owners were very kind and fixed my wedding rings. They explained everything in detail as to the work that they were going to need to do. The rings are beautiful and I am so happy to have my rings back again. I will take all my jewelry to them in the future.
