This bank has allowed 5 fraudulent accounts to be opened in my name without verification of identity. I couldn't close anything without driving 25 miles to my "nearest" branch to verify my identity. I closed the first 2, then they allowed 3 more accounts to be opened in my name regardless of the first incident.

If I could give 0 stars I would, my father & I went in simply to drop off a letter that customer service told us to so I could be added to the account as a 3rd party. The teller didn’t know what to do so she went to go ask then this woman name Stephane came and said she couldn’t do that because I would need power of attorney and it’s not right to give information on a person’s mortgage. When I explained that a customer service representative said it was possible because I just want to be able to make phone calls on my fathers behalf since he works all day and I’m the one in charge of making the payments. She said no she’s never done that and can’t. As soon as I walked out I called customer service again and the representative said “that’s not correct, you do not need power of attorney to make calls on your father’s behalf.” And she provided me an email where to send the letter and will send back a confirmation once the process is done. Even the customer service representative was surprised Stephanie did not want to help my father and I. I would NEVER recommend this location.

Jose didn't know his own banks procedure for cashing a check for a customer without an account. I even called the bank before arriving to confirm it was possible; a woman answered obviously more aware of her bank's process. He needs to be re-trained. Dragged out what should have been 10 minutes to 30 minutes. Will definitely not being coming back in the future at all

had been a BBVA customer for many years when it was aquired by PNC.as it is, its always a pain anytime dealing with new acct #'s & new cards. thats a given. overall it was a fairly smooth transition.so far PNC satisfies my banking needs both online & at the local branch where, btw, the tellers are so nice, polite & happy to help.

Outstanding, over the top customer service!!! We were running around on a Friday afternoon trying to get last minute issues handled for the first Varsity football game at Grand Terrace High and we needed change for the snack bar, BofA was closed and Chase (where the account is and who we pulled money from for it) would NOT assist with small bills even when we explained that we needed the change for the evenings event! On a whim we pulled into BBVA desperate but not hopeful, we could not have been more surprised by their WONDERFULL attitude and willingness to help us out! Once we explained our situation the amazing teller simply said how much change do you need and we are now ready for Friday Night Lights!! THANKS YOU SOOOOO MUCH for the help BBVA! We will be back to discuss moving our account to your bank for sure!!

Worse bbva. I have been to many BBVA locations and this has by far been the most unpleasant one. Marie made me very uncomfortable when she asked me inappropriate/unnecessary questions. Will not be coming back to this location.

If I could give this place less than one star, I would! They're always short staffed! THE WORSE BANK EVER! I'm closing my account!

Very rude cashier at the Grand Terrace Branch. They'd be better off firing her. Cashiers like that will cause people to consider closing their accounts

Extremely difficult to reach an individual bank to determine their flaky covid hours that they don't udate. And you get voicemails!??? And if you cal their toll free number you have to spend 15 minutes just to have them check, but they need your account number, ugh!. I recommend this bank for on-line banking ONLY. Their phone App is amazingly awesome---the BEST. By far, the best app. Inconvenient branch locations, few locations, closed locations, erratic hours. My credit union is far more convenient for actual in-person banking.

Guess I should have read the reviews before starting a business credit card. It's so inconvenient. They never call back when they say they will and they are frequently closed. What bank is closed on Saturday And how is a credit card application a two day process? So annoying
