The people that work at this medical supply store are the best I’ve encountered. They genuinely care about their customers. Rena was extremely helpful with my supplies for an upcoming surgery. And last year when we needed supplies for another surgery the gentleman that helped my husband was of great help. It’s so wonderful to have an excellent store with amazing individuals to help with our medical needs.

So I called for a Hernia belt. The lady told me she would need my name and phone number. I asked why she couldn't just give me an answer or not whether they had it in stock or not.As with ALL med suppliers this lady was a flat out waste of time.

Edward is a liar. He promises to come and fix our wheelchair for my dad and never shows up. He only wants your Medicare number so he can charge them. I would not recommend. Go somewhere else.

Coming from out of town, I needed a wheelchair for a weekend event. We called around, and Wishing U Well had good prices. It was a good choice. The fine people there went out of theIr way to fit the chair, and they agreed to meet us on Sunday to return it even tho the shop was closed. Very courteous and helpful.

Avoid this place if at all possible. I purchased porta potty toilet liners on Monday, found out I didn't need them and brought them back unopened on Wednesday with the receipt of course and they would not take them back. What kind of business does not take back their own unopened products with a receipt. Plus they're way overpriced. These people are crooks. I will never go to them again, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone else.

Update May 2022. Same great service, New Name. This location is now called MAP Medical Supply Inc. I was surprised by the name change, but my anxiety was calmed once I saw the same familiar faces, great service, and reasonable prices. Still recommend this medical supply store.

Extremely helpful when deciding what equipment to get. They explained the benefits of different types of scooters and beds, so that you can buy what you need.

The nurse at Cedars-Sinai forgot to give us a crucial medical supply after a big surgery. I tried to find it at drugstores, but they don’t carry it. Finally the pharmacist at Porter Ranch Pharmacy (the best!) recommended Wishing You Well. They had what I needed! I’m super grateful I didn’t have to drive all the way to the hospital.

I first called to inquire about renting a patient lift. The man was extremely nice. He said he may not have one but he'd look and get back to me.Few hrs later while getting information about Medicare paid supplies, I called to let them know that we'd be going to a supply company thru Medicare. I didn't want the nice man to waste his time. But when I told the woman who answered, she was absolutely rude. She said, well he wasn't looking and he wasn't every gonna look for the equipment anyhow. WOW!Not a way to do business that's for sure! Had I not made other inquiries regarding Medicare and relied on this company for my needs, would they have even gotten back to me? Were they going to help and provide the equipment I need? Can't imagine going into rental agreement and then dealing with that woman or depending on her to supply things. Horrible!

Called to inquire about DME availability. Spoke with the biller, she stated that although they are contracted with my moms insurance (Blue Shield PPO) that the reimbursement they get from the insurance isn't financially viable for them and that aside from billing the insurance I would have to pay out of pocket for DME. That sounds like fraud to me. Or at least "double dipping" as they call it. She wasn't very pleasant and when I expressed frustration about the situation she told me to call Apria Healthcare and complain to them about my frustrations. If the price isn't right for them even though covered by insurance they will deny providing services. This isn't ethical.

Very helpful staffed. They did not have what we needed in stock but were kind enough to ship to our home no charge.

Jennifer is the most unprofessional, rude, manipulating individual I have come across. She decided to jump to conclusions about insurance instead of rather taking the time to listen to patients. People like her should not be working in medical nor answering phones. She decided to argue with me over the phone, telling me to educate her on being rude telling me I didnt like what she had to say which was not the truth. I have worked in medical for 5 years. You are there to srevice the patient not argue and want to be correct. Horrible customer service.
