My neighborhood Walgreens. Had to run out and get some meds in the middle of the night. Luckily, open till 10pm. I often get the Walgreens version of the brand names meds and the offer much more budget friendly option. For example the antacid relief I am looking for is $24 brand name for 50 tabs and $6.99 Walgreens version for 20 tabs. Janie was working tonight and was very helpful in assisting me and getting me checked out quickly which was appreciated since I wasn't feeling so great.

I would not recommend coming here for their pharmacy unless you live nearby and don't have another option. I made an appointment here to get my covid booster but it didn't say if it was the updated one or an older one so I decided to call them and ask. The first time I called, the automated message said there was 3 people ahead of me and then I was next. The phone rang and someone picked up to hang up right away. Then it kept ringing until they ended the call. I called right back again and had to wait since other people were ahead of me. After a while, no one was ahead and the automated message just kept saying that someone will be with me soon. After 10min I just hung up and called the walgreens near my house. The Arleta location, basically will call you back when there someone ready for you which is so much better so you won't waste your time waiting. I didn't use that option, I just waited in the queue and I was able to talk to someone within like 2 minutes.

I've been coming to this pharmacy since I moved to Granada Hills 5 years ago. At first it was OK, but its been going downhill for a while now. There ALWAYS problems with sale items either not scanning at the sales price at the register, or being out of sale items the day a sale starts.The pharmacy is the WORST. They have a bad attitude, are very SLOW, and just don't care about customer service anymore. The latest and last straw for me was on Sunday I pulled into the drive-through to pick up a prescription that the site notified me was ready. It was 3 pm and there was one car ahead of me. It took 20 minutes for that car to be serviced, and then they finally got their prescription and moved on. I pulled up, and no one came to the widnwo for 5 minutes. I pushed the buzzer for service and was told that their were customers ahead of me (???) and that they would be with me asap. I waited 12 more minutes and no one ever came to the drive-up window, so I left in frustration.I spend at least $2000.00 a year at Walgreens, but I've had enough. There is a CVS down the street, I'm going to give them a try to see if they can do better. They certainly can't do worse.AMF, Walgreens!

The photo shop is the worst. I wish there was another Walgreens close to my house. The lady that works there obviously does not want to be there. Her attitude is the worst. She's rude and unpleasant. I can't wait to get in and out every time I need prints. I do not shop in the store because it takes too long in the photo shop to have time.

The worst's people from the pharmacy today. Pharmacy technician named VERONICA AND LENA! Very rude and unprofessional especially VERONICA! Someone teach this girl Some manners. FEEL bad for WALGREENS cause now you are going to loose a customer maybe more customers because of this girl name VERONICA. Pls management teach her how to deal with customers and teach her manners also. I'm never going back to this pharmacy or WALGREENS atAll. Sorry not sorry. Hope you guys will take careOf this rude person. Also they're other customers she was rude too! Not just me! I wouldPut zero if I could on your date!

Bye Felicia! Never going to this Walgreens and will do my best to avoid the company all together. I have a business where I have to drop off a package to FedEx every Saturday. 4th time I've gone in and there's no one to take the package, no signal to press to let them know. I resorted to pressing the button for the electronics department next to the counter. After about 4 minutes the woman at the front went over the loudspeaker to call someone to the front. Then I waited another 3 minutes before someone came out. I had a little of an attitude, but I was then met with a little attitude from the manager named America. I asked where she was and she replied "I was busy" When I told her it has been 4 straight weeks of no one at the front, she said "it's just the two of us." But.......YOURE THE MANAGER. You set the schedule. If this is above her pay grade and corporate is watching, you've dropped the ball on this location. You've lost me for life by being understaffed and hiring these two idiots. I don't need to be looked at like I'm being judged by a disappointed grandmother as I have a legitimate complain. Because that was the look. Scroll through your 1 star ratings, losers, and make some changes. Or close down. It would be a blessing to the neighborhood.

Rude, disgusting, people work in this pharmacy. I have been trying for a week to get a prescription that I have been taking off and on for years. They seem to get enjoyment out of people's pain. Worst customer service ever. I will be switching to kaiser in January. On a scale of 1 - 10 I give granafa hills walgreens a - 100
