Best care by cashiers ever, especially at nite.. But mgr's say they get robbed all the time.. Police just make reports and never caught any ...yet you can see kids walking out with stuff but by time police come.....just another report of robbery. Mgr's are good in what they help with in customer care but ...cameras, cannot cover the kids robbing this store nor detectives are followering up here.. Its not fault of mgmt, its the detectives job to study the footage and find daily of these kids stealing.. Yes and still happening..daily. Day and nite...

I am never coming back to this vons again. Me and my grandkids were going to pay and had forgot my card again. This has happened before and the vons in sylmar was very nice and accepted the picture, pin and ID of the card. However this was not the case here, the manager was rude and did NOT EVEN TRY to help us. We ended up leaving and not buying anything. It was a very poor experience and was very disappointed.

Cashiers are miserable and rude. Never been to a VONS where I'm treated like I'm a nuisance just for trying to buy something. Disgusting. Two separate cashiers, both nasty old white ladies. Maybe it's racism? I'm not sure but, this is Granada Hills. This is VONS. Why is it like this here, of all places? Angela was the most recent petulant, pitiful, pathetic excuse of a cashier I had the displeasure of sharing air with. I can't remember the first one. But it's a shame. Someone should do something about this. I don't need smiles and rainbows, but I expect common courtesy and at least basic etiquette. Not being ignored like I'm a leper. Do better.

Digital coupon is the hardest thing to use. Also very little reception in the store.

What a disappointment! Viewed Deli party platters online and visited the store to place an order for sliced meats and cheeses for sandwiches. Took two employees to place the order and when I came for pickup it was chunks of meat and cheese. How sandwiches became chunks is beyond me, and employees couldn't have cared less. I had to buy another $50 worth of cold cuts and also walked out with two bouquets of half dead flowers. I'll stuck with Ralph's from here.

I’m an Uber and I had an order from Uber Shop yesterday. Every order from Uber Shop requires a receipt. I paid, but they didn’t give me a receipt. About 20 seconds later, I went back to the cashier asking for the receipt. I thought the cashier would have helped me print the receipt, but no, the cashier said, “I don’t have it.” So I went back to my car to try to contact Uber’s support, and they told me to go back and ask for another receipt. This is the 2nd time I went back to the cashier, and this time it was another cashier but at the same counter. She looked busy, so I told one of the employees about the problem. The employee did help me tell the cashier what happened. She then straight-up declined to help; she didn't even try, even though I had fully paid for the order. The employee then said to me, “I’m so sorry, that’s my boss, I can’t do anything.” I don’t want to cause trouble or damage your reputation, but this “Boss” has done this to me twice now, so I won’t hold back anymore. The first time wasn't about the receipt, but it was the same “Boss” who gave me a hard time. I shopped, I paid, everything was fine until the customer gave me the wrong address, so I had to return the order. I brought it back to the store; she asked for the receipt for the return. I gave her the receipt. Usually, you can return items when you have the receipt, but of course, that's not what happened to me. After I gave her the receipt, she then asked for the card that I paid with. I explained to her that Uber Shop uses Apple Pay and doesn’t have a physical card. She wasn’t even listening and said something like, “If you don’t have a card, tell Uber to resolve the problem.” Luckily, Uber’s support is one of the best. It took me 2 hours for that order.

Went to get fried chicken was told it would be 15 to 20 min. 20 minutes later. I asked how much longer I was told they never put the chicken in.
To cook, so it was going to be another 20 minutes. This is unacceptable. I had to be somewhere and I waited for no reason at all. So I left the star and made it quick. Stop at kentucky fried chicken

Pricing is too complicated. Sometimes you need to buy ten of a particular item to get the discounted price. The "deal" applies only to the exact item. If less than ten of that item are available, it can cost you considerably more. Even if you had ten and the checker only rings up nine by mistake, instead of paying less, you will pay a lot more. They have pricing deals based on sole item, all items must be in the same pricing category, only items in the "Buy 4 or More" category, Buy 5 or More", "Buy 10 or more", "Friday Only", "digital coupon", "10 for $10 digital deal", and so on. The last is new and particularly confusing. The customer has to present a "digital coupon" during checkout to get the special price. The items are labeled "10 to $10", with the word "digital" written vertically along one side. Besides being easy to miss the word "digital", it's unclear if this means that the price requires a "digital coupon" (it does) or if the pricing deal was just advertised digitally (e.g., on social media). The store personnel that I have talked to do not like the complicated pricing. They told me that several workers are needed just to keep changing the price labels, because these "complex prices" are changing daily. The customers must be paying for the added personnel somehow, either through higher overall prices, or selling personal demographic data. It could be worse. The next step may be dynamic pricing. Customers will be required to scan barcodes with a mandatory smart phone to determine the item prices.

As you park, be careful not to run over the homeless. Make sure to carry extra change and a spare cigarette, they will leave you alone as you walk in. Store is clean, make sure to get extra change to give out on the way back to your car.

The ready food they sell is disgusting. Whoever makes them are not professional chefs most probably as the food tastes horrible. Salad made with fresh greens is meant to have sourness to it. Was disgustingly sweet. Orange chicken resembled more like a dessert rather than savory food, except chicken wasn’t tasting good and the amount of sugar was too much even for a dessert. The only edible thing in my order was the egg roll. Not returning there for sure. Was looking for my favorite sandwiches in the Starbucks but I saw the tiny Starbucks after purchasing my food and they still didn’t have my favorite sandwiches. The store sells sandwiches though that I believe would taste better than their ready cooked food. What a waste of products. The customer service not great too. Grumpy service.

Hello, this store is very organized, I really like it, I come almost every day, but I want to highlight that there is a worker named Ron, with an excellent attitude all the time, he always has a smile for everyone, he is very kind, he is a great example For the rest, I wish everyone there would learn from him, since sometimes there are unfriendly workers there, in my opinion they should handle customer service better.

This low rating is intended for the Starbucks inside the store. The barista completely ignored us, they did not even say, "I will be with you soon". I also believed they got another person order wrong. They were alone but it was not busy at all, I hope Starbucks has better training for there employees.
