“I am the type of person that calls crying about my vape and luckily they’re open till 10. Whenever I get above and beyond service, I like to share it—Raymond what is there to greet me. I got my Vape head, I buy my vapes there. He started educating me on things. I answered all my questions. So I got other things and then we would cash me out and then I would want other things and he had re-cash me out patience of a saint. Anyhow, just want to give him some kudos he deserves it. I look forward to seeing Raymond again and will call ahead to make sure he’s there.”
“I've been coming here for years. Good prices, customer loyalty system, great selection and overall good experience. Yes, sometimes the staff can be moody, but overall Ive never had a problem. I got some products that were either wrong or defective, and they replaced it for me without issue. They do take care of their loyal clientele. I'd say they're the best smoke / vape shop around.”
