I've used Valley All Star Moving for quite some time now. 5 moves now. My daughter moved out of her apartment. She had one fridge, one table, 4 chairs, one full-size bed with a foldable frame no headboard, one foldable 18 pound desk, and one desk chair. She had a microwave and two 6 qt. plastic storage containers, along with six kitchen size trash bags with odds and ends in it. I explained this to Jim who has helped me with all my moves dating back to 2010 I think it was. He told me the pricing and two movers would be more tan enough since there was not a lot of stuff. I wish I could've been with my daughter the day of but unfortunately due to a family emergency wasn't able to. The day of the move three movers showed up and granted my daughter is young and didn't question. She didn't understand and assumed if I had requested two movers and was told to movers that was their own thing if they showed up with a third guy. They charged her an additional $40 per hour for the extra man which was definitely not needed. When I called, Ron (owner) explained that had they not taken the additional person it would've taken five hours as opposed to three. That makes no sense for how little they had to pick up. I said it still would've been nice if you would've called and cleared that with me, she was in a budget. I explained every move you've done for me has usually been four or five bedrooms worth of furniture and you bring four movers and get everything done in five hours. I'm really disappointed in how they took advantage of her. Sadly, I will no longer be using them.

If you've been praying for an angel, then this is what the back of his shirt would say: Valley All-Star Moving Service.Ron, the owner, is an honest, hard-working guy.I am so grateful for him.He came to help with a move that had seemed so stressful, until he showed up and took control of the situation, making everything seem easy. His prices are very reasonable as well. Thank God for Ron!

They moved us 3 years ago and did a good job and price was fair. We moved again and they were horrible. First, Ron the owner forgot the wardrobe boxes and got upset with me and gave me attitude. I told him ahead of time that we needed a lot of wardrobe boxes. Then Ron kept fighting with his workers. They kept saying F you to each other and constantly arguing, they called each other dick head, and other things repeatedly. Very unprofessional. Then they broke the front stone steps from the house with the dolly. He was not happy that I told him that would need to be repaired as the owner was very picky. Then I repeatedly told them to be careful with my refrigerator. They rammed it into a door and my kids got upset and called me as I was at the new house. Now the freezer door is completely broken and because of this it frosted up and broke the freezer fan. I called Ron to tell him I would be sending him the bill and he was not too nice. The most unprofessional people.

This review is for the quoting process only since I didn't get the opportunity to have Valley complete the move.I was facing moving my company and found out the building I was going to recommended two moving companies, one of which was Valley/. We went through a list of what I was moving, and they came back with a quote. Everything looked great until I discovered I had access earlier than anticipated. I reached back out, but unfortunately, they were booked on the new moving day.Based on every interaction I had, I wish I had been able to complete the move with Valley. The other company is lovely as well, but there was real heart in the people I spoke with at Valley. If I have moving needs in the future, I hope Valley is available.

We just used Valley All Star for our move today and I have to say the experience was painless!!! Mambo and company handled the move so professionally. They were on time and they moved our furniture as if it were theirs. Thank you!!

Ron and Page have moved me three times and moved my niece once. I have referred him to all my friends who need movers as well. These guys are always on time, they know exactly what they are doing, they don't waste time and I have NEVER had any of my furniture damaged or lost - ever. And, their prices are below market considering what's out there today. I would give my 100% approval to anyone looking for a good solid moving company at a more than fair price. Love these guys! Valley All Star Moving Service gets 5 Stars from our house! We have used Ron and his team many times for moving anything big or small! In addition to moving, Ron and his team have a multitude of skills including installation. Valley All Star installed my new wall oven and Ron fixed my leaky faucet while he was here. Great service, reasonable prices and outstanding communication make Valley All Star Moving Service my first call! In an era of giant corporations, I am thrilled to have found a small company that cares about you and your items. KUDOS for a great job!

I have hired Ron on multiple occasions for all kinds of moving, including moving my dad, moving all my furniture out of my home for a remodel, assembling new furniture and moving it into my house. I always call Ron when I need things done at the house, he knows how to do it all. Best of all, Ron always shows up on time, in fact he is early most of the time. I recommend Valley Allstar Moving for all your moving needs and more!

This company moved me on 3/22/21. They Totally destroyed my most expensive furniture - $5,000 marble table imported from ITALY crumbled into pieces in front of my eyes (because they left it on a dolly untied and unsupervised), it slided under the heaviness of the marble and chipped into dozens of pieces. One hit my foot (still can't unpack laying in pain!) They also broke the piano tape player attached to my baby grand so it no longer plays the tapes like it used to and chipped its leg (very unique baby grand can never be replaced - was a gift from my mom). So many more things, 1/2 a glass missing from playing chess table. One of the men was unwrapping my bedspread that covered a piece of furniture with a KNIFE and cut my bedspread in half....truly movers from hell!!! Promised to replace my table and send me a 'claim form', never heard from them again. Don't hire Jim or Mambo (don't know who's the owner yet as they refuse to provide that as well, but will look up business license records soon). I moved 4 times in my life and this is by far the WORST moving company ever! Even hiring 3 of their men per hour (one was smoking the whole time, while other barely moving) still couldn't provide good results. If you care about your furniture pieces this is NOT the company for you!!

This is by far the best moving company i had ever used, and i moved a lot in my life. They are honest, easy to work with, reliable, on time, efficient, and very pleasant people. They cared about our things and had been very methodical and professional. I highly recommend them and i will definitely use them again on my next move.

I have never written reviews for any business or entity on yelp or any other website for that matter. This time, I felt obligated to do this. I know every and each experience can be different working with any given business or group of people so I cannot guarantee what your experience will be when you hire these folks; I only can tell you about my experience and what I encountered. Mambo and his crew were unbelievable. He came to my home about a week before we moved and after assessing the workload and the amount of furniture that needed to be moved, gave me an estimate that was better than anyone else. So, I selected him. On the day of the move, he and his associates, Tony, and Daniel came to my place on time and ready to start. After a brief review of the paperwork and signing the documents with him, they got to work. I simply could not believe how efficient and capable they were. Mambo is simply a Superman! As I watch them work, I thought to myself: "my God, I am dealing with Marvel characters." As Mambo disassemble the couch and the refrigerator and the things that could not go through the doors, Tony the Ironman and Daniel the Wonder Man started to load the truck. Every time I spoke with Tony and asked something to be done, he responded positively with a smile. The term "No" was not part of his vocabulary. The speed at which they were moving the furniture was amazing and the care they took in making sure things do not get damaged was clearly on display. We had estimated the work to be completed between 6 and 8 hours but because I changed my mind midcourse and wanted some of my belongings in the garage to be moved as well, the moving process was completed later than we had anticipated. Even though I felt bad about it, I did not hear a single complaint. By the end of the day at 7 PM after watching them for 10 - 11 hours moving my heavy furniture, loading and unloading them from the truck, my whole body was in pain just by looking at them! Because of my disabilities, I could not help them and that didn't make me feel any better. The only thing I could do was just give them gratuity as the token of my appreciation. I recommend you do the same when you hire them! Folks, if you are looking for a moving company to help you with your move, look no further! Mambo the Superman (I know Superman is not part of the Marvel) is there. I am recommending them to all my friends and relatives.

Highly recommend Valley All Star moving! They were efficient, strong, super kind, and took extra care with all our furniture. We moved from Granada Hills to Santa Monica, and we were so grateful we chose them. Affordable too. Thank you guys, from very happy campers in our new home!!!
