I recently had a frustrating and disappointing experience at this post office. The employees there were extremely rude and unhelpful. The staff seemed disinterested and even dismissive, which made a simple task feel unnecessarily stressful. The overall LACK of professionalism and courtesy was disheartening. I hope that management can address these issues to improve the customer experience in the future.

I stopped by this USPS office to drop of an Amazon return. I been to the plaza this USPS office is in so many times but never knew there was a USPS here. I found parking easily since this office is in a plaza with many parking spots. When I walked inside the post office, there was no one in line so I was able to walk up and hand my package since everything was paid for already. I got my receipt and left, it was a simple and easy process.

Terrible customer service. Asked about container for shipping an item and simply waved over to the corner. When I did not see any available container that I needed I was told it was there again but not offered further assistance, all while employees seemed more interested in talking with each other about needing more work hours and money. They probably do need to be paid more, but to dismiss a customer for no apparent reason didn't help that issue they were so engrossed in talking about. Thankfully, the nearby FedEx store was much more helpful in both finding a suitable container and streamlining the shipping process.

My neighborhood post office covers all my mailing needs. The clerks are knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. I will be happy to rate with five stars once headquarters spruces up the office. Perhaps start by replacing the glass doors.

Alice was very helpful, transparent with fees, and to the point with what I needed. Thank you so much!There are 2 Service Machine for packages and drop off in the hallway. The room for where people stand in line is quite small. Better to be prepared in advance with your own pen and/or sharpie.

I wanted to do a shout out for the great service I've received at the Granada Hills PO for over 5 years!!! I have a PO box at this branch and would like to acknowledge those who are always so helpful and kind; there's Aida, Alice Ruksana and Jay, not to say all are not great, these 4 are who I deal with and just needed to express my gratitude for their help on a daily basis. I hope the Post Marshall reads this and makes a point to express his thanks as these are the forefront of his GH branch and they all go above and beyond with their services!!!

Parking near the post office is limited. There should be some designated post office parking for quick drop offs. It’s very inconvenient to have to park 5 mins away and walk over. It’s always busy with a line out the door. There’s two kiosks to scan packages but both have been broken for a while now. I loved being able to scan and drop off but that doesn’t give you peace of mind if it’s not working.

Absolutely trash place. I drop off 12 packages the same morning and same time, the high dollar ticket item in a priority mail medium package has gone missing, not scanned, and still not showing in transit. All other 11 items ok. After going to the facility and complaining, hours of on the phone with district supervisor the facility supervisor calls me back saying they swept the building with no luck. I'm out on money and products....bunch of thieves. Avoid at all cost.

There's an older lady working there that is rude. I was patient and didn't do anything that could make her angry towards me. As soon as I gave her my package she was very aggressive and threw it in a pile. She needs to be fired asap. The other workers were nice and helpful.
