Only accepts cash or check, and the ATM doesn't work.

Garbage outpost that isn’t a real post office. I wanted to send a PRE-PAID international package and they wouldn’t accept it. Get ready for a TON of more negative reviews now that the Sepulveda post office has closed and people are forced to look for close alternatives. This scam of a “post office” needs to be shut down. Shady. Go in for 1 for one minute and you’ll see why.

BEWARE! Learned the hard way: Not an official USPS, and thus does not guarantee anything they do. I sent an Express Overnight before the deadline required, but the official clock does not start until the package arrives at the main location once USPS picks up from this location, hours after the deadline. My package was late, and because this is a "contracted secondary" site (despite all of the official markings and signs), USPS will not guarantee anything that happens here. I verified this with several very pleasant USPS agents; tried to get resolution by contacting this site and they told me they keep no records, they could do nothing and that I was holding up their line (phone call about 90 seconds) before hanging up.

Not a real post office. Just a contracted outpost with one dude and a cash register in a stall within a small pharmacy. All transactions cash only. (?) Should not be listed as a US Post Office on Google!Problem with a package you mailed here? Sorry, you'll have go to a real US Post Office to inquire and get help. Need a copy of a missing transaction receipt of mailing? Sorry, cash register is old-fashioned, not digital--no way of recalling a past transaction for reprinting. No accountability here. If you have important items to mail, take them to a real post office.USPS failed to deliver on time the express package I mailed from this location. Should have been easy to request a postage refund online, but because I went to this random contracted guy instead of a real USPS location with real postal workers, the website said I was ineligible for a refund. Phone rep told me this was because there was no initial receipt of package recorded in the tracking history. I.e. this dude didn't even have the tech to scan my package into the postal system at the point-of-mailing, thus there was no electronic proof that I made the cutoff time for the overnight delivery guarantee (although I had).Only proof was on the printed receipt, which I misplaced. (Or did this guy ever even give me a receipt?) I just had the tracking code printout. This guy was no help at all, nor showed any sympathy about the money and time I wasted on express mailing and trying to get a refund.Best to deal directly with USPS and avoid contractors like this still operating with mid-century technology and such poor customer service. Really angering.

Post office is a tiny room connected to a pharmacy and takes cash only and closes for lunch. Fine for small town folks or those not in need of a post office on their lunch break

Annoyed they don’t use card and would have been nice to know it’s not a U.S. postage place

Not an official Us postal service. I called to complain to the USPS and they told me that they are a mailing service but not USPS. They close at noon for a couple of hours everyday which makes it very inconvenient. Some employees have been kind. Others have been unkind. Once, when I asked for priority boxes, an employee seemed hesitant and unhappy to acquiesce so I didn’t feel comfortable asking the next times. I had not come by this shop in weeks and as soon as I walk in, the employee asks me if it’s a drop off( a prepaid package) and I confirmed. He then said that he will take it this time but during December he won’t be taking any drop offs. I asked him if just during December and he confirmed. I was surprised to hear that they would refuse prepaid packages. I’ve made purchases in the past here but I won’t be coming back to this office again for any service. Also, you don’t receive any receipt of your drop off so no proof of drop off if it gets lost somehow.
