“I have had my vehicles serviced here for over a decade. The owner Dave goes above and beyond to ensure your vehicle is roadworthy without having to break the piggy bank. Dealerships are notorious for overcharging and taking their time. 60 minute tune offers rides to their customers within a reasonable range. Two fresh pots of coffee are brewed every morning, compliments of Vince (mechanic of 30 plus years). Julie and Trini offer the best customer service, which I find to be rare nowadays. But most importantly… I trust them. Highly recommend!”

“Shy diagnosed the noise (clicking /clunking when reversing) & offered 2 options on my Toyota 4Runner. I chose to replace the driveshaft since the vehicle has high mileage & I rather replace it with a newer part to prevent further issues. He ordered the Toyota OEM part & his team replaced it quickly. “Recently I had an coolant leak on my 2008 buick Lecrosse which I totally restored. I do some mechanic work myself,but I could not find where this leak was coming from,because it would only leak once pressure built up.so,a friend of mine told me about carzone.i took it to them.Mr.Donald was very nice.based on where the leak was coming from,it took him a while to find it;however,he didn't stop until he did.he also found that my power steering pump which I had recently installed, wasn't pumping strong enough which was causing my steering to be hard in tight places.instead of putting all of the engine parts back,and having me to return and pay for more labor,he changed it in the process. They done a really good job on my car.there are no my leaks,and,my steering is much better.i strongly recommend carzone.”

From the moment I walked in, they were professional and approachable. We had a genuine conversation while they assessed the situation, and I immediately felt like I was dealing with straight shooters—no games, no upsells, just honest, clear communication. “Deserve 0 stars I put 4 to get in the front of the line to warn consumers. Place is a full con business and they know how to talk you in and out and all round don't be fooled by charm. Took Prius in for misfire while the engine would make that horrible rumble clunking sound that it's notorious for and it could be the result of several possibilities but Joe just checked the spark plugs and coils and charged me 900+. I took the car home the next day the same problem and when I brought it back he said I never told him there was a horrible noise and continues on to say oh I know that noise it's might be the fuel injection...story tell for real. He told he was going to do diagnostic with computer that will check the, afterwards he tells the computer only test the head nothing else and the only way he knows what the problem is is if he hears the sound, what a joke. Then he tries to school me by seriously talking to me about the engine turning on in a hybrid system he tells me that's normal no s*** it's normal what's not normal is what my car is doing when I brought it into you and after I left. He's a hypocrite when I said I can't talk to you anymore we'll settle this in court he finally lost his cool and snapped and told me have a nice f***g day. What bottom feeding loser, he is very successful in terms of money but he is a bad person rotten human being good business man and he actually admitted that it wasn't the first time someone took him to court and it wouldn't be the last time so there you go and even said he personally loves going to court stay away from this place far far away it's just like any other mechanic I thought it was different if anybody knows of a good mechanic I still need my car fixed”

“The serpentine belt blew out as we were leaving Southern California, causing a domino effect of issues in the car while on Interstate 5. Luckily this all happened right by the freeway exit and I was able to wrestle the car to the repair shop where the associates did an amazing repair. They were able to rush the parts we needed within an hour and get us on our way again. Great service and reasonable pricing.”

“We own a 2003 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter motorhome that kept going into limp mode.
Once our Sprinter, manufactured in February 2003, reached 200°F, the engine wouldn’t go past 2000 RPM but if we downshifted and manually shifted gears, we could get it back to speed. The first mechanic we took it to could not read any of the codes, and therefore was unable to help us diagnose the problem. He suggested a trial and error type of repair approach. Next we drove 20 miles to another highly recommend Sprinter repair shop only to be told that our vehicle could not be worked on because it is a 2003 and is mechanically different from the Sprinters that were made the following year. In other words, they did not have the tools to work on our van. Next we bought a little Autel scanner and attempted to scan the vehicle ourselves. We made a little progress but nothing that helped us fix the problem. Then I remembered in 2019, we took the Sprinter over to our local Aamco dealer, Mark Beaulieu, for a window repair. I remembered that he was able to get the codes from our vehicle. I got in touch with him and asked him if the codes that our vehicle threw would be in their computer system from 2019. Mark said they should be and I told him I would stop by the shop to see if we could get them. I did and they were! Next we took the camper to Aamco to have it scanned. Mark was able to read the new codes and suggested we leave the camper at the shop for diagnosis. After assessing the vehicle, Mark discovered that the hose between the turbo and the engine was disintegrated. He replaced it AND JUST LIKE THAT our camper RAN PERFECTLY! He also filled the tires and tied down the battery. Mark was the ONLY MECHANIC that was able to help us! Needless to say we are now very happy campers! We highly, highly recommend going over to see Mark at Aamco for all of your automotive repair needs!”

“This is the only place for transmission work! I have been dealing with this shop for years and when my transmission started slipping, I had it towed over to Leon's with no hesitation. Chris was honest and straight to the point and the final price was what he quoted originally. He called with updates, tolerated and answered all my questions. He didn't try to upsell anything, even when i asked about upgrades he explained why it wasn't necessary to spend more money on more expensive parts. We need more shops run like this in SCV.
