I usually don’t write reviews even if the place isn’t the best spot, but this place is the first and last for me. Literally raced to get my manicure in 15 mins because another client was waiting.

The mani pedi is good from the manicurist. However, the owner LeeLee can't work Venmo to save her life. Been going there for over 20 years and she acted like I was a stranger and was untrusworthy when I offered to help her execute the transaction. Will consider going elsewhere.

Had my first visit here for a Spa Pedicure. I made a 9:00 am appointment the day before. The lady, Tina, was very prompt and nice. I enjoyed the treatment and Tina was good about filing my toenails down to the way I wanted them. This salon is small but busy. They are also located near Trader Joe's, so that is a plus. Plenty of mail colors to choose from. The ladies are friendly and I will definitely be going back for my next pedicure.

My go to place. Tina and Julie are my girls. I tried a few spots when I first moved to the valley (3yrs ago) and this is the place I was most satisfied with. Didn’t have to look nor try anywhere else. Have been going here since. Very friendly, kind, hard workers. They’re all pretty great! You can’t go wrong with any. At least that’s my experience, but I only get manicure/pedicure. No gel, no acrylic, simple basic mani/pedi with color. My nails are usually long but recently broke so I decided to cut them to be even. They still did a great job.Services: Polish removal

THE worst $52 gel pedicure i have ever received in my life. The polish was applied so clumpy and sloppy with no attempt to even clean it up. I had to get acrylic on the left toes due to them being broken and short and i like them long... didn't even matter cuz they put the acrylics on just as short... don't even ask me what's going on with the pinky toes. Im going to spend the rest of the night removing the acrylic and polish and go somewhere else tomorrow.

Find another place to go if you can. I came to this place right when they opened l to book 3 pedicures for 4 pm in the afternoon. They said they have the appointments open. They wrote down 3 pedis at 4 pm. We'll all go at the same time, the lady said. We arrived at the appt at 4:02 and saw them walking in two other girls. They finally had two out of the 3 of us sit at 4:30 pm. I am still waiting for my technician. What was the point of making an appointment? No one even apologized for the wait. Please note I have been here a couple of times and I keep thinking next time will be better. Their pedis are just ok which is why I gave two stars. If I were to base it on customer service alone it wouldn't even be one star. This will be the last time I'll be coming to this place. I've given them enough chances. Btw last note, they demand you pay in cash. If you don't have cash they'll ask you for a personal check and/or PayPal or Venmo. They do not want to take credit cards as much as possible. At 4:40 they finally got to me. The two other people I came with finished 10 min earlier. The girl is rushing to get me all done. So I waited 40 min and my pedi was done in 20 min. Half a** massage and they didn't scrape for dead skin. She literally finished polishing my toes and already putting on my flip flops. They're not even giving me a few minutes to let my toes dry. NEVER AGAIN!

I love this nail salon!! My mom & I have been coming here for about 15 years! I'm never disappointed when I leave. You're missing out if you live in the area and this isn't your go-to.
