Called twice. First time got “disconnected” though I heard them say ‘let get rid of this call’ without even talking to me. Second time, called right back, the receptionist couldn’t speak English well enough to give directions or address.

It was not a terrible experience but I am not at all satisfied with my hair cut. The lady who cut my hair didn’t wet it. Usually they spray the hair down with water for better cut. She also part my hair in the middle to cut it which is not how I normally style my hair. My hair is curly and now that it’s cut it became so much shorter on the top than the back. I don’t want to go back for them to fix it because I don’t trust it’ll get done right.
