Gas buyers beware! Thought it was just me when this happened... If you are using Ralphs rewards, you MUST go inside. (Bizarre) Then you have to prepay inside if you are using a credit card with the Ralphs rewards. Other stations I use do NOT require this! Everything is done at the pump. The cashier then told me I had no points! I had hundreds of points and knew exactly how many. I refused to leave the cashier line even though she insisted three more times there were no points. I just stood there and said "You are wrong!" Magically she suddenly "found" them when she saw I wouldn't move.Several weeks later many people on Nextdoor.com issued warnings about this station with the very same experience! They were told they had no Rewards points. Unfortunately they didn't get the points back like I did. They lost them all!

This is our go-to gas station in the Grenada Hills/Northridge area. They're never out of gas, have decent prices, and decent snacks, it's relatively clean, and I'm never bothered by solicitors. Yesterday, my boyfriend and I decided to go in to purchase some scratchers and the clerk was polite and helpful while checking us out.

Pumps are very old and required cashier involvement. Cashier can only sell a fixed amount of gas. No full tank fill.

This is the cheapest big name gas station in the Granada Hills area. Only ones cheaper are the Wholesale ones like Costco and Food for Less or cheap ones like Arco. The air is free, as long as you ask for it inside. Staff is 50/50 but getting much better with being polite and courteous.

The gas station they never allowed to use restroom's always rude talking I go very often to fill the gas cos I prefer to from the shell,but I think I'm going to change the another location.

If I could give a negative star review I would. The people Working here don't even acknowledge costumers, I walked in 1 time they were talking about their personal business.. recently I came in and I said thank you and the lady at the counter didn't even look at me and acknowledge me.. she's the heavy set one with loads of freaking make up and fake a$$ lashes... sad excuse for an employee!

I would not trust the pump credit card readers here. Stickers were peeled without the void indicator showing.
