“I had gone back and forth for years trying to determine whether to buy in the L.A. area. I would check in with September periodically. She always knew that I could "get there" even when I myself had major doubts. Finally, this year it clicked. September has a whole team of extremely qualified individuals - from mortgage brokers, inspectors, tradespeople to assistants - who make the whole home ownership process seamless. I am now paying less to own than I did to rent - in a house almost twice the size and on a lot probably three times the size as I was renting.
