This place is absolutely horrible the machine took 130 dollars from me. I asked the employees for it back. They said they have to “check the cameras” it has taken them more than 2 hours to check them. They still did not give me my money back this place is horrible.

Management needs to inform cashier's certain isles are to be paid for before item for that isle gets to final check out. Pay for item before it leaves that isle. This is do to theft problems. I have no problem with this but store personal should be aware of this policy.

Terrible Experience with Ralf's - Gift Card ScamI recently purchased several Amazon gift cards from Ralf's intending to use them as Christmas gifts. However, upon opening the cards, I discovered that the claim numbers were cut, rendering them useless. It seems to be a fraudulent practice where the cards get activated when the cashier scans the barcode, and those with the claim code can use it.When I approached Ralf's for a refund and explained the situation, their response was not only unhelpful but also aggressive. They claimed to be a 3rd party, stating they only sell the cards and have no responsibility for the items they sell, which is absurd given that all stores bear some responsibility for the products they offer.To emphasize the severity of the issue, I demanded they open other cards in front of us, revealing many with the same problem. Whether Ralf's was aware of this or not, the lack of action and refusal to refund our money is unacceptable. Instead, they instructed us to contact Amazon for resolution.This experience showcases Ralf's terrible customer service and raises serious concerns about their awareness and handling of fraudulent activities. Be cautious when dealing with Ralf's, as they seem unwilling to take responsibility for the products they sell.

I shop at this market the most it's close to the house and always clean and well stocked but the main reason I go is the people that work there the night shift are the nicest ,funniest ,most kind and caring group of people,and I actually enjoy shopping there. to be honest I work long late hours and I don't like dealing with people so I always go super late between 12-1 am right before they close what can I say I'm not a person who deals with the stupidity of most people all that well so I try and avoid it if possible makes me odd I know but I don't care but even when I go super late they're always friendly and willing to help I'm not good with the whole coupon and discount thing but they always help me out with it and always have a smile and a polite greeting even when I can tell they have had a bad day you just don't find good service like that anymore .... Don't copy my idea and start going late .... I enjoy short lines and minimal stupidity....

At 9pm not a single cashier all self checkout , while the employees all walk around sipping on there drinks as if they were all on break or working for free. Worst customer service ,especially that crazy blond with attitude I think her name is Jocey ?

After going to the grocery store, I saw the security guard who has a gun around our kids and no camera was taking pictures of some of the girls from the high school a block away when I tried too bring this up too him, he walked away from me and stepped into the office. I tried to talk to a manager about it with a blonde hair, her response was it was above her pay grade

I usually shop in the morning. Having to navigate through the restocking is sometimes challenging. So far, the people who stock the shelves, I believe they are vendors, are mostly cordial. Prices still seem high but consistent. Jennifer at checkout is awesome. Always in good spirits. Move other employees there are nice. I've heard that in the evening, it turns into a different vibe. I do shop there for fuel points.

WOW, one cashier open at 2:47pm... Terrible store.. I would go to the self checkout but I can't because I have shoulder injuries in both shoulders... I can't bag my own items... I spoke to the store manager and asked why only one cashier? He said he didn't know,he also told me they are fully staffed... If he doesn't know then who knows, Isn't he supposed to do the scheduling? Maybe someone needs to show him how to do his job. I don't think I'm coming back to this store..???

Random act of kindness. I was shocked when the cashier picked up part of my purchase when I was short. I wasn't having too good of a day until Stacey personally took matters into her own hands and helped me out ... practically brought me to tears. People with good hearts still exist and Ralph's found one. Thank you.
