“I have not been to a Staples store where I was not treated with courtesy. The employees have always been as helpful as possible. Recently, what I appreciate the most, is a few employees have been sharing their personal experiences with some of the products. That allows me to get real-world feedback on items I also use.”
“I don't know if I've ever been more satisfied with a postal office. I came to this store today to return my cap and gown and within seconds of walking through the door, a kind gentlemen greeted me, asked if I would be dropping off, and helped me over to the new self-checkout kiosk to walk me through how to scan my package. In less than a minute, I had a receipt in hand and was out the door. I think that has to count for some kind of a record! I definitely plan on coming back for any of my shipping needs.”

“These people are all soooo nice. I was holding a baby in my carrier and 2 large packages and struggling to get through the door and a young man employee came right over to assist me and put the packages down and assured us they would be right with us. So sweet, especially during this busy holiday season. I’ve been to this location multiple times and the young lady with the glasses has always been so efficient and kind!”
