My brother, sister and I selected Scott to sell the family home in Porter Ranch. My parents had bought the house in 1957 so we had a lot of memories there. My mother met Scott over 20 years ago and she had recommended we use him if we ever sold the house. What a great recommendation it was! Scott was wonderful to work with. He had lots of good ideas, helped us prepare and price the house, and followed through every step of the way through final closing. He's a real professional and a fun guy to work with. Do yourself a favor: stop looking and hire Scott immediately!

I highly recommend Scott Himelstein. He and his team go above and beyond from beginning to end. My mom had chosen him before her passing and for good reason. In a knowledgeable, professional and often humorous way, he cares about and enjoys people and the community, has the facts, negotiates well, works hard, communicates well, simplifies things, and delivers- with no pressure. Scott's concierge plus program that offers free staging was a huge asset. The photography was top notch. Helping to take away tons of stuff from the house was also appreciated.
You can tell he loves his job. His extensive experience in selling and buying homes in the San Fernando Valley is a huge asset. The workers AND many neighbors took time to share their appreciation for Scott. Grateful for this positive experience at a trying time.

I will be retiring the end of this year and my wife & I decided we needed a change in our lives and a change in scenery. We bought a home in FLA but before moving to FLA, we needed to sell our home in Porter Ranch, CA.
We wanted a realtor that was successful, knowledgeable of the neighborhood and the market and would be sure to help us in all phases of this process. Scott was highly recommended to us by a friend, and we saw that Scott and his team were very busy in our neighborhood with lots of listings. I mean, a lot!
We interviewed two realtors, and both were very professional but there was something about Scott that won us over and, in the end, we know that we made the right decision.
Scott and his team staged our home in the most presentable manner and did plenty of social media advertising/promotion. We received an offer after the weekend open house, for a tad more than the asking price. Scott and his team then took over the process, helping and guiding us, which was much appreciated.
To anyone interested in selling their home, we highly recommend Scott and his team.

Scott is the best!! My husband & I had talked with Scott a number of times over the years and after my husband passed away last year, I decided to sell the Porter Ranch house and move to something smaller. He was there with me all the way. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He had the house professionally staged and got me an offer over asking price after one weekend of open houses, even with the current high interest rates! He was always available for questions and guided me through the process. We closed in 30 days. I would HIGHLY recommend Scott whether you're buying or selling. He really knows the area well and has the knowledge and experience to address any issue.

My family recently received a job offer that had us leaving our home of 25 years and moving across the country from Granada Hills, CA to Manchester, NH. Scott presented us with a comprehensive, professional proposal with area comps to help us decide what we wanted to list our house for. He took care of all the staging and marketing. He even provided assistance with our packing needs. He really took care of everything, which is so important during times like these. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in making the process seamless. Best of all, he drove so much traffic in the first weekend of our open house that we received multiple offers and sold it right away. I assisted my mother to sell my childhood home in Porter Ranch after my father passed away. Scott is the realtor my parents had spoken with in the neighborhood over the past 20 years and they really liked him. I’m extremely happy we chose Scott. He’s a stellar realtor! His knowledge of the market is unmatched. He’s low pressure and was fantastic communicating with my 81-year-old mother. He offered great recommendations to prepare the home for sale, provided boxes for moving, cleaned the home and provided upscale staging for the house. Scott listed our home at the perfect price point as we had over a dozen offers, sold above listing price and closed escrow just under 30 days. Scott made the process extremely easy while dealing with an emotional time for our family. We highly recommend Scott and will use him again in the future.

Scott is a fantastic resource in our community (Porter Ranch/Granada Hills). He is probably the most professional yet friendly person I have ever met. He walks the neighborhood once a month knocking on every door, meeting the owners, and sharing information about the real estate market (if you are interested). He sponsors mass garage sales in the area and advertises the locations. He gives away free ice cream from a rented ice cream truck in the summer. He sponsors seminars relating to every aspect of real estate. If you want to sell, he will pay to stage your house as part of his service. He has major lenders if you are a buyer. He has special programs to help you with the anxiety of buying your new home when you haven't yet sold the old one. We recommended him to our niece who was having a hard time finding a house using an out of the area agent. Scott found her a fantastic house in no time at all and they have been there now for over 10 years. You will not find a better, more honest, more professional realtor anywhere.

Scott knew our dad for a long time, so when dad took ill there was no one else he trusted to sell his home. They lived in this house for over 51 years. Dad passed away right before the house sold, but Scott honored dad so well. He took so much love and pride in this home sale and was able to find a buyer the first weekend on the market. He gave us advice how to best prep the home for sale, and everything we did made a huge difference. We are so grateful for the many years he loved Dad and always took the time to be a kind soul to him. Thank you for honoring Dad and our Familiy. We are forever grateful for this wonderful agent, who puts his heart and souls into every house he sells. We were not just a customer, he treated us like family.

I cannot speak highly enough of the experience we had selling our Burbank home with Scott and his team!!
