“Good experience. When I arrived no one was at the desk but an employee stocking shelves nearby immediately radioed for the gentleman who ran the counter. He took and logged my package quickly and with in a minute or two I had a text confirmation that it was received in their system . No complaints here .”

“The produce department looked pretty well maintained. However, I did encounter an issue while looking for white onions. Upon approaching the onion display I saw a row of moldy onions put to the side. Since someone had sorted out the moldy onions I don't think it's a big problem, just an unsightly one. As I didn't encounter any additional moldy onions, and was able to find some good onions. The produce person probably just hadn't gotten around to disposing of the bad produce. But, as I was searching through the onions. I noticed they were cold to the touch, and some were slightly damp. They must have been just put out from storage. The dampness and mold was probably caused by excess moisture during storage.

I decided to use self-checkout. The young woman monitoring self-checkout was very nice and greeted me with a smile. I appreciate that she gave me space to scan my items. But, she was ready to help in an instant when a problem occurred.”

“I came to the pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions after dental surgery. My prescriptions were ready when I got there so I was in and out quick. Everyone at the pharmacy was very caring and customer service was amazing. I would recommend them to everyone.”

“Great location and service. However, this is more of a commentary on CVS as a company. This store, in particular, has added more locked glass showcases, which are installed for obvious security reasons. But I do like browsing whenever I go to CVS, and I don’t want to have to call someone anytime I want to look at an item and have an employee stand beside me waiting to make a decision. If companies like CVS are concerned about security, they can hire more employees or security guards. But don’t limit the customer’s experience. So, for this reason, I prefer to purchase skin care items from Amazon. I’d rather buy in store, but CVS is putting a strain on the overall consumer experience. If I already know what I want, I’ll just order from Amazon and get it the next day at almost half the cost. If stores like CVS want to stick around, they need to address this issue. I won’t buy a face cream if it’s in a glass case.”

“There was a very sweet female employee who had wonderful customer service on a Friday night. She helped me find my favorite hair conditioner which was out of stock. I really appreciated her, and other employees there that night. They were so courteous to me. Thank you.”

“This is my neighborhood pharmacy. I support local business when ever I get a chance.First, the people there are so nice and very helpful. Discrete when you need to ask those embarrassing questions sometimes.I love that they carry my holistic products and if not on the shelf they will order it. So far at most 3 days to arrive. They are very knowledgeable and helpful if you choose to go holistic in your care. I myself prefer holistic and go holistic when I can but I also have to use western medicine. They carry quality vitamins and regular stuff you find in small pharmacies and are much cheaper than greed run pharmacies.Yes, some prescriptions they can't verify on the phone but these for me were pain meds I had needed when I first started there. I sincerely feel this is for your protection as much as theirs. They truly are there to help you always I have found.I really like that they offer delivery at a very fair rate even when I add tip on my card for delivery. I pay $6. Tip not necessary but I give a $3 to $5 dollar tip. The delivery guy is super nice! As a woman, I can say you will feel very comfortable with him delivering your order.”

“Neat and organized store, meeting CVS store standards,. What makes this one exceptional, are both daytime and evening managers. They work hard to help customers, when employees don't have the capacity to solve any problems. I go to this store during evening times often. When I see Harlow, the evening manager, I know that my shopping will be stress free and fast. He looks for items, helps with photo printing challenges, gives helpful advises and directions. Simply, he is a pleasant and knowledgeable employee with great patience and composure.”

“I went in primarily to get my steps. I walked the aisles. So far no empty shelves and actually saw a staff restocking. The store is organized and labeled accordingly for customers ease. Then it dawned on me to ask the free masks. I went in to the register and the gentleman gave it to me. Good customer service. Plenty of parking.”

“My neighborhood Walgreens. Had to run out and get some meds in the middle of the night. Luckily, open till 10pm. I often get the Walgreens version of the brand names meds and the offer much more budget friendly option. For example the antacid relief I am looking for is $24 brand name for 50 tabs and $6.99 Walgreens version for 20 tabs. Janie was working tonight and was very helpful in assisting me and getting me checked out quickly which was appreciated since I wasn't feeling so great.”

“Adrian is a passive aggressive employee with the worst attitude. He came off super annoyed and in a bad mood, constantly huffing and making me uncomfortable with his body language and mood. Idk why Walgreens hires people who clearly don't want to be there . So unfriendly and unwelcoming, will be the last time I shop at that Walgreens.”

“It's Halloween time, it's Halloween time! I'm not totally sure why this Vons' ratings are so low; grocery-stores everywhere are under stocked due to pandemic-related shortages. Can it be annoying? Yes, but I'm not sure how fair some of the other reviews are that harp on this. I typically have a pleasant experience here, despite the lines; checkers have always been pleasant to me, and as efficient as possible. The store is clean, and not everything is totally locked up, and inaccessible to customers. I do think some staff on the floor could be a bit more friendly and helpful, and not just point in a general direction when you're looking for something specific (I was looking for produce spray). Also - did you hear me the first time?! It's Halloween time! They have all their Halloween merchandise available, and pumpkins for the pickin'. Stop in.”
