The store is clean and I always find everything I need. The grooming is great and once in a while they have Vetco there with reasonably priced vaccines.

I took my dogs to grooming and they came out looking like rats. Worse groomers ever. If you love your pets please don’t go here. Melissa who is suppose to be the supervisor has the worse attitude ever, she is disrespectful and has a nasty getto attitude. She got upset because I proved her wrong. Avoid this place!!!

I brought my puppy for a quick nail trim, the female groomer fist requested that I need to show proof of rabies vaccine. I informed her that I believe its not the time yet. She told me she cant accept her. I said fine, I understand rules are rules. I drove back to my house got her card came back. She then looked at it with one of the other groomers and told me again she can’t accept her because she doesn’t have the shot.
I told her that she not 4 month yet, but again I was told that they can’t accept her. Finally at this point while supper aggravated I called my vet, and he told me that per California Law rabies shot is required for puppies 4 month or older.
I called the store told her that as I said before they were wrong, the DOB of my puppy was 1/27/24, puppy is not 4 month old and thus does not require the shot, every other shot per the card she has received. The NOW confused groomer put me on hold and never picked up the call. I called the store 19 times between 11:30am and 12:30pm, she never picked up nor got back to me.
If you think I don’t have better things to do on Saturday morning but to chase your employees and help them with math problems or vaccination requirement, your wrong. Either train your people properly or don’t hire them, but don’t waste our time.

They have a big selection of items, good service, and nice big parking. Their customer service is much better than the other Petcos around it.

Store not open at 9am do to not being ready said to come back at 10am. Don’t understand what that means but the manager was standing at the front door not letting anyone in. He also seemed very rude and not professional. Store hours were posted 9am opening time

I have tried to give this place a chance over and over but they continue to disappoint. One technician is ok with my poodles hair- another complaints it’s too matted and cuts in completely. My poodle would always itch after bath so my vet suggested medicated shampoo- this place was charging me for using my own shampoo!!! After I complained they placed restrictions on my account and now I can’t schedule appointments. So much for their petco membership! Over 2 years of dissatisfaction I am done with you petco!

Rude staff! I took my puppy in to get a grooming and the staff was so rude. They could not accommodate me or my puppy with anything. I asked them to try and comb out his tangles and they said we cannot we have to shave him. My dog is maltipo not a wiener dog. They did not and would not cut my dogs hair wasted my time by driving there.

I've been taking my dog to get groomed by Evelyn at Petco for about a year now and we could not be happier with the service. She is so good with our dog and makes him feel calm and happy to be there. His haircuts are always perfect and she always communicates any changes she notices while grooming him, which we really appreciate. I highly recommend checking them out!

I highly recommend Yana as a trainer. I booked 1on1 private lessons for my dog Chloe b/c she is anxious around other dogs and humans. Yana gave me the right tools and training to help with Chloe. Chloe is making great progress and I owe it all to Yana. Thanks for your help. Book training classes with Yana. I decided to book training classes with Petco b/c I want to see and be part of the improvements. Boarding and training is not for me. It's rewarding knowing you and fur baby did the hard work together. It's much easier continuing the training at home with the guidance of a trainer.

Jose and Melissa from grooming are absolute racists. They will demean you, smirk at your face and pretend that the apt you asked for was never true and they have played this game way too many times. They handle dogs in a rough and unsafe way. I took my dog away once because I saw the way Jose pulled on my dogs hair.
