I called Paul's TV Co about a problem with an old plasma tv I had. I was very quickly connected with a technician who knew the TV and the components! As soon as I described the problem he told me what to check and fix and my TV was back to working in no time at all! Ultimately it did not result in Paul's TV Co selling me a new board, but the level of service will definitely have me calling back to get help or purchase parts on the future!

My time at Paul's TV repair shop was fantastic, easily earning a 5-star rating. Right from the start, the receptionist greeted me with genuine warmth, making me feel right at home. The technician who worked on my TV was impressively professional, handling the job with skill and expertise. Not only did they fix my TV in no time, but they also provided exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. Sergey from Paul’s TV has been incredibly helpful, honest, and transparent. His wife (I believe) called me after I placed an online order for a Samsung OneConnect box in an attempt to fix my TV. She asked if I would like to speak to a tech before they sent the part out, and I took her up on the offer. I walked Sergey through all the steps I had done up to this point attempting to fix the TV. He spent 15 minutes with me and instead of taking my money for a part I wound up not needing, he offered to refund my money entirely.I’m sure I. Could’ve found the cable I did wind up needing locally. But Sergey was so great, we NEED to keep businesses like this up and running, so I purchase the cord from them and will patiently wait for it to make its way all the way from California to NY.Businesses like Paul’s TV and business owners like Sergey have always been hard to find and it’s is only getting harder and harder as the years go by.I cannot recommend Paul’s TV highly enough.Shop small! Please keep this incredible mom and pop shop around.Thank you Sergey!!!!

Though I did not use Paul's TV Co to repair my TV, I feel confident in my recommendation of them based on some cursory interactions I had with them.
I contacted Paul's with a technical DIY repair question and they were quick to respond and attempted to help me via email. I am unable to have Paul's TV Co come to my home or to have my TV brought to their shop due to my location being several hours away from their business. I contacted them from a Youtube video aimed at TV repair technicians.
Paul's TV Co went out of their way to try to help me and offered some suggestions on how to identify root cause of my TV failure.
The quick response, generous attempt to support me and their apparent technical capabilities are justification for me to make this recommendation despite not actually being able to use them as previously mentioned.
It is rare to have a company respond in quick time to a customer inquiry and even rarer to experience a company that goes out of their way to attempt to help someone who they know may not materialize into a customer. If not for the hundreds of miles between us, I would easily use Paul's TV Co for my TV or other electronic repairs.
Thank you Paul's for having responded and for attempting to help with my LG TV issue.

When my nice Sony 65" flat screen I've had for only 5 years shut off and refused all efforts to reset it I thought "here we go again". I've had another tv that died and was told it wasn't worth fixing but Sergey convinced me it was worth a try. He found an easy and inexpensive way to fix my tv that didn't involve ordering and waiting a week or two for a replacement board. He fixed it quickly and the next day I had my tv back and looking like new. We are very pleased with his service. He knows a lot about what's good and what's not with big screens. You should give him a try. I'm keeping his number in my contacts.

I highly recommend Paul's TV repair. They were so helpful and knowledgeable and quick with the help I needed. I had an issue with a non-tv circuit board and they helped right away without charging me going above and beyond what I needed. I am for sure going to them with all my electronic and TV repair and needs!

I'd give ten stars if I could! When my brand new LG TV that I had purchased only a few weeks prior (yikes!) gave up on me, LG referred me to Paul's TV for repair. I was already frustrated with the sub-par customer service I was getting with LG, but Norma at Paul's TV was so helpful and kind that she restored my faith in a company's ability to actually treat customers with dignity. She was patient and answered all of my crazy questions and followed up with me at every turn. The technician they sent, Sergey -- who, by the way, arrived within the timeframe that was quoted -- was equally professional and knowledgeable and fixed my TV in no time. He took extra care to position my TV properly before replacing the defective part, which I appreciate considerably. I hope, at this point, to not have any more issues with my TV, but if I do, I'd go with Paul's TV every time. 1,000% satisfied with their communication, responsiveness, and professionalism from start to finish. Thanks again, Norma and Sergey!

Paul came to our app on time and fixed my 86” LG. I’ve been through a few technicians and they were nothing but a disappointment. Paul came and within no time got my tv working perfectly. Highly recommended his professionalism.

Highly recommend reaching out to Paul's TV Co -- I found them on LG's website as an authorized repair shop. I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Sergey and Norma's responsiveness. They were very timely and were able to service my request same day. Sergey was totally honest with me about the damage assessment and even advised me to seek a total replacement given the extensive screen damage. And the icing on the cake is that despite my offer to pay for additional support, they wouldn't take my money. Thank you Sergey and Norma!
