P & M is a well known auto shop in the SFV area. However, you need a lot of patience dealing with the shop. Poor customer service and unresponsive.

Me and my mom have been coming to Pan for years because we thought we trusted him and have never questioned his judgment. This last time we went to get a BMW fixed he told us that the water pump needed to be fixed, a pretty costly service. A family member of mine happened to be in town as i had mentioned i needed to take my car in for this service and as a sign of good faith he check the car and said it needed no such thing and recommended me to get a second opinion. We went to two different shops and they both told us that it did not need that and the the actual service was something else (which was much less costly). I got the second option done and my car is working perfectly fine now. To be honest i am very disappointed and I feel so cheated. Now i can't help but wonder how many times Pan lied to us and how much money we spent there that we didn't need to. We've spent so much money there, I'm never going to this place again.

My husband and I have been Pan's customers for over30 years. My husband would rather wait for weeks for Pan to take care of his car rather than going to someone else, due to the fact that he is honest, reasonable, and an expert in European cars. Pan will be our mechanic for the rest of our life. We highly recommend him.

The temperature sensor on my BMW 428i was chewed up by rodents. I took the car to Pam. Their charge was very reasonable, and they fixed it quickly. Everybody was super nice at the shop. I definitely recommend them.

I took my 325ci 2001 bmw in on September 5, 2020 for the motor mounts. I got them replaced in a decent price and my car no longer vibrates. I am definitely referring people to P&M auto service. I'm so glad i finally found a decent and honest mechanic! Thank You so much!

If i could give zero stars i would. I went to pan for help 4 times for my bmw and every time i got the car back it would be fine and then something else would go wrong. Yeah maybe it's my fault for coming back but This is my first bmw and I'mNot experienced with cars so i just kept taking his word. There were times where he'd make me wait 30 min to an hour to check my car, just to catch him eating in his office or taking his Time doing something else. Very very unprofessional place and they will hit you over the head with prices and make it so you need to come back. Pan May seem nice but really he made things so much harder for me and costed me double what i paid for the car. He did an oil change one time and I've now taken it to a different mechanic and they said he ruined my oil tank and uses dirty oil and much more. They don't even have the right tools for up to date cars. Really Such a scam I'm truly so hurt that i wasted so so much money here just to keep them open. They are point blank liars no matter how nice they pretend to be.
