I was recently looking for a new mattress and stopped at Ortho Mattress due to reviews. I was greeted and welcomed by Raf, who was a very knowledgeable staff member. He took the time to understand my sleep needs and guided me through various mattresses within my budget and explained their features and benefits clearly.
I really enjoyed how there was no sales pressure. Raf encouraged me to relax and test out each mattress at my own pace, allowing me to feel the difference and find the perfect fit for a good night's sleep. We did the paperwork on my favorite mattress, now I can't wait for its delivery. I would highly recommend Ortho Mattress in Granada Hills and asking for Raf!

Met with RAF and he did a great job explaining the different product lines that Ortho has to offer. Having worked in sales myself, I recognized that he was very knowledgeable and wasn’t trying to upsell me. His no pressure approach and friendly demeanor along with a quality product closed the deal.
