I recently got a car wash at Northstar and I was very pleased with the service. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional and friendly. They took the time to understand my needs and ensured that my car received the attention it needed.
The wash itself was thorough and left my car looking spotless. Every detail was taken care of, from the exterior wash to the interior vacuuming. I was particularly impressed with the shine on my car's exterior – it looked as good as new.
Overall, Northstar provided an excellent car wash experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-quality car wash service. I'll definitely be returning for my future car wash needs.

As a devoted patron and a mother juggling the schedules of two active children, I am profoundly thankful for the tireless efforts of every employee who assists me in keeping my car clean. I consistently commend the exceptional service, which undoubtedly reflects in my tips. However, today, upon arriving at 6 pm, amidst the usual bustle, the lead attendant overseeing vehicle placement after the rapid wash failed to notice my lowered window and remarked, "always coming last minute." As someone accustomed to collaborating with diverse groups and cultures, I found his tactlessness profoundly embarrassing. Perhaps it's time for him to consider a change if he no longer finds satisfaction in his role.

i had a great experience there. they were very helpful, they guided me to align tires with the track. i was driving a big truck and the exit is kinda tricky, the lady there helped me pull out. i paid for the full service and a couple additional things and i was very happy with the work. not sure why all of the negative reviews. if you only pay for the drive through then it wont be as clean but also its very cheap!! this place is affordable and they provide good value for the amount they charge. i came on a busy day because it was a holiday and the line moved pretty quickly. i would recommend giving this place a try.

Great set up for self-service but vacuum first. They offer full service but that starts at 9:00. Too bad on this visit because I needed the full package at 8:00.

Very bad customer service cashier was super rude I asked what service had inside and out cleaning because I wasn’t sure which one to select he began yelling saying well this one this and this and explained to him it’s my first time here maybe you shouldn’t yell at the customers when asking a question. I then went to the manager and told him about the situation just expecting an apology at least and to my surprise instead I got a it’s busy he’s just a cashier he doesn’t know he just takes the money. At least say I’m sorry I will speak to him about his approach. I get being busy is overwhelming but man that definitely was not acceptable customer service from either the cashier or the manager. You should train your employees to knowledge about what is going on in your business being rude is how you lose customers and having a manager that is ok with it is worse. On top of that they are super unorganized and there were a lot of unhappy people not just myself manger seem very overwhelmed maybe he need some help definitely needs more employees. I paid 30 dollars for a deluxe wash and my car had water marks because it sat there for awhile before they attended to it and it wasn’t even vacuumed properly . I didn’t even stay and complain to ask to do it properly because after the first conversation with the manger it was already pointless to me and I was tired of waiting doesn’t help when your pregnant because it makes it 10xs more irritating.

I liked this car wash when it first opened, but I just paid $16 for a premium wash and I have a handful of sections all over my car. Need to find a new place. This place is only worth using if you’re getting the full service with a guy wiping your car down at the end.

Every time I bring my suv for a wash, they've upgraded or enhanced something, love it! The solar panels provide shade when vacuuming your car, the full service has a separate entrance, and they do a great job at detailing your car.
It's very convenient and family owned/operated.

Not helpful at guiding car to rails. My wheel hit the side even though I was driving very slow and just listening to their direction. They would not help with any damage. Avoid.

Great drive thru car wash. Human to human cashier service.
Vacuums are first, so be prepared.
New customers beware there are people at the end drying your car manually.
Do not press the petals until the light is green.
