Do not shop here, they sell used products and refuse to give the customer their money back when they discover the product is used. No refund or exchange on a used product, no regard for COVID or customers who spend their hard earned money in the store. Will not be returning.

By far one of the best tobacco shops ive been to in the valley wont regret coming here always stocked on fresh hookah tobacco and unbelievable prices and great deals the worker john very nice young man helped me buy a km hookah and gave a great deal on azure hookah tobacco.

I came in to buy a vape. After deciding what vape I wanted and picking out a juice I made sure to ask if I needed to buy anything else for it so I could start vaping right away. I was told no and that I had everything in the kit and it was ready to use. When I opened up the package to use it there was no battery and now I can't use it. I came back into the store to return it so I can go buy one else where and they wouldn't return it for me and on top of that they have no battery's to even sell me for the vape. Very very disappointed in the way this whole thing turned out and will not be coming back here again. I will also make sure that anyone I know doesn't come to this establishment as well. Very poor customer service on their behalf.

A Smoke Shop's a Smoke Shop, right? Nope. No necessarily. This one Barely Does the job. Check out a Cigars and More and let George show y'all what's up! One, you get better prices. For the Black and Gold you charge $14+... Cigars and More... $3 LESS!! TWO, You work at a Smoke Shop. YES, Life Sucks right now, but Dude, don't be a Debbie Downer to YOUR customers. Anyway, get some decent prices and Lose The 'Tude and perhaps gain a Star or Three. Till then, I'll be nice and give you two stars for at least being open and accessible as well as having seats outside... although you are between a Butcher/ Kitchen and Juice Shop.

Honestly the best smoke shop. The shop is very neat and tidy . The girl who works there I think her name is Niki she is amazing. She always has a smile on her face . She has great customer service skills. I recommend everyone to go here. Definitely going to go back there from now on.

I go here for all my smoke shop needs they have everything from hookah stuff, cigarettes and a fine selections of cigars With great prices. I met Nikki she is amazing & nice she is very helpful with all questions smoking related! Best smoke shop in the city highly recommend! Thank you NIkki
