He took his time and made sure the protector looked perfect and kept smoothing out any imperfections he saw. I really appreciated how thorough he was and that he didn't make us feel like we were bothering him. I read reviews on a lot of the Metro by T-Mobile stores in the area, but there were only a few stores this highly rated. (Wanted to avoid any unpleasant encounters with rude, salespeople).
