Horrible customer service, told the kid that our phone was not working he didn't even bother to see it to have a recommendation. Ask for a new phone and showed me 3 phones he didn't know the prices for. Ask for information and to see it on his computer and he looks with no interest in selling them.
Walked away, waste of time.

Micaela was really nice but when it came to buying my phone, she told me I would get a case for free. When I looked at the receipt I seen that I paid about $30 for the case. When I called and spoke to her she really could care less and try to convince me that she said "the case was part of a bundle" the word bundle was never said and I would never have paid $30 for this case.

I've been going here for years. I've never had a problem. The parking lot is small, but there's a big lot across the street. There is usually only one person working, so if someone else is being helped, you might have to wait a while. Having said that, I think the woman who is usually working here is very friendly and she has always helped me.

Rudest girl with worst attitude ever working at this location. She has nothing to offer you, she does nothing to help you, she is one lame excuse after another. Waste of your time and money.

Don't go there the girl with has a attitude problem.she coudnt help me .she was on her phone ..she told me that if I didn't wait to go to another store...and I did.....there service is not good...the girls there have no customer service.
