“I had to get a tux for my wedding. I quickly searched for suit rentals around my area(Santa Clarita) and one of the places that cane up was J Davids. Like a normal person i quickly went to the reviews and was happy to see a very positive review section so i decided to give them a try.
i was first helped by Jeannie who quickly welcomed me into the store and immediately pulled out a book and browsed over some choices for me. The process to get fitted went very smoothly and quickly. Three weeks later i went back on a Tuesday to try on the tux for my wedding that saturday. We had a problem with the shirt and needed a new one. There was also a problem with the jacket as it did not fit as intended. They assured me it wasnt a problem and new items would be ordered and sure enough i was back that Thursday to try on the new items. Jacket was great but we still had a problem with the shirt. I started to get nervous as my wedding was in 2 days. Well they went above and beyond and were able to get me a new shirt the very next day and i was ready to get hitched.
TLDR; The people at J Davids will go above and beyond to get you looking the way you want for the occasion you need. They are worth the hype.

I live far away and hope to hop on a plane (or delorean, but I don't own one?) to Studio City, and go to all the cool places from my fave TV shows and movies! I like to travel a lot so I could possibly come in the future. I have watched all 3 movies 3 times in my life. I got introduced to BTTF in September 2024 when I went to the Broadway production B4 I have even watched the movies. “This location is usually a 5/5 for me because of the great service and awesome products! My visit a few days ago was going well until it was time to checkout. My cashier's name was Salma. She was not very fiendly, so her attitude was surprising. She was short and impatient with me when I asked her about my hot cash coupon. In the past, the cashiers have taken their time to double-check if the hot cash on file is the same as the one I get in my e-mail. I still love this store, but was disappointed by this interaction.”
“I stopped by here with my wife because she wanted to see what t-shirts they have to offer here. When I walked in, a worker greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I told him that I didn't and that I was just browsing. They didn't have a lot of variety of shirts but they had some funko pop toward the back. They also had a decent selection of backpacks. The store isn't that big but it's a good enough space for this store.”

“Can’t say enough good things about the Milk Room. The owners Greg and Rob put their heart and soul into this place and it shows. They have an amazing collection of clothes and super reasonable prices.It can sometimes be intimidating to walk into a vintage shop, but these guys made everyone who walked in comfortable. Greg and Rob are just so personable and down to earth. When Rob heard I loved animal tees, he went in the back and brought out this crazy dolphin tee for me. Most vintage shops would charge well over $30 for it and he threw it in for $10.They also have a recording studio in the back and let tons of young bands use their space to perform. The vibes here are just amazing and I’m so happy I stopped by.Best shop in LA, hands down!”

“I’ve never been a fan of suits — mostly because I’ve always had a hard time finding one that actually fits me well, especially because of my height. I was honestly dreading the process of finding a wedding suit, and after some frustrating experiences at other stores, I wasn’t expecting much.
But then I walked into Jimmy Au’s, and everything changed.
They had so many suits that actually fit me off the rack — something I’d never experienced before. Not only did I find a suit that looked and felt perfect, but the quality was excellent too — it felt sharp, well-made, and super comfortable to wear all day.
Fred and Jimmy were amazing. It was the best service I’ve had anywhere. They treated me with real care and respect, and made me feel totally comfortable from the moment I walked in. What started as something I was dreading ended up being one of the easiest — and most confidence-boosting — parts of the wedding planning process.

“I was just passing through the area and I figured I would stop by and check out this place. I am so glad I did. They are now my favorite tackle shop in all of California. I wish I had a store like this close to where I lived. I had some good conversations with the two guys in there, they were very friendly and helpful. Their selection is the best I've ever seen of any tackle store. I ended up getting a rod and reel combo setup for bluefin and I will make sure I stop by here every time I pass through the area”
