This place is awesome! They are next door to the optometrist I go to and have been there forever. I had never been inside until today when I needed some help shipping something internationally. The girl helping me was named Kayla (?) and she was a doll. So helpful, patient and helped find the most affordable option to mail my package. I saved a ton of money this was one errand I had been putting off doing for several weeks. With her help it was taken care of in just about 15 minutes. I would definitely go back there again. Thank you for being so fantastic - Team Cat!

The best way to describe the Mail and Ship Hub in Granada Hills is wonderfully friendly!Oscar and Kayla are always enthusiastic, helpful and knowledgeable and the customer service and atmosphere they provide is one reminiscent of a small town general store yet with 21st century technology and proficiency!A genuine joy to visit!

Went here to get passport photos done. They were very friendly and efficient. I've also called a few times with inquiries and they've always been nothing but helpful.

The first thing I can say about this place is they did the right thing by hiring Oscar. He was friendly helpful and very kind. He really went above and Beyond to make sure I had gotten what I needed done. He was very knowledgeable of legal papers I needed notarized. Although I felt it was a little pricey. I still gave them 5 stars due to their excellent customer service. They had everything one would need to mail out something. Will be back for all my mail and notary needs. When you do go ask for Oscar you won't regret it.

I just discovered this little gem this week and I've been there twice already. The personnel are super friendly and attentive to your needs. Oscar is detail oriented and seems to be the one whom everyone goes to. He's awesome ! That's my spot now.

WOWWWWWWWW - Love this place! Oscar is the best! As is G and Christine - and the entire vibe! Other day I needed to send 2 certified packages/letters and the post office line was way too long! I went into Mail and Ship and Oscar and Christina took care of my needs. Oscar has customer service charm! As a real estate agent - I love when service is great! Anyway ...today my husband David needed 2 letters mailed - certified...and said he did not want the hassle of the post office! GUESS WHERE we went! YEP! Back to Mail and Ship and my husband was thrilled! So 2 new happy customers! We are a tad older - and loved the first class service - coffee - and charm! Thanks Oscar and team! I started out using the mail service because all my mail was getting stolen at the house. Since then I've realized what a great location this is, and how great their services are on a daily basis. I literally show up to this place every day to pick up my mail and get things done. Christine, Oscar, and CeCe treat me like a king and take care of my every need. I've been a client for many years, and will continue to be a client from anymore. I highly recommend their services, and this is by far the best mail service location I've ever had.
