I’ve been working out with Jeremy for close to a year now and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. He’s always on top of what all his clients are doing, provides corrections when necessary and is dedicated to everyone doing their best. I’ve gotten stronger than I’ve ever been and I feel great. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! Save your money and time coming to this trainer. Jeremy rushes workouts because you only have exactly 30 minutes to get in weight training, which is dangerous because he doesn't focus on form. He had me walk in and start deadlifting 125 lbs, which hurt my back so badly I needed physical therapy. And to top it off, he told me that "it's normal to feel back pain after doing deadlifts" If your trainer tells you BACK PAIN IS NORMAL, RUN!!!! Do not walk, RUN!!!!! Then when I tried to be nice and ask for my money back since I can't workout during PT, he bullies me with intimidation. I am telling you, it's not worth it. You're better off getting an Equinox membership and doing it yourself. At least then, you won't be rushed to finish training in exactly 30 minutes.

Arguably Jeremy is one of the beet personal trainers in the valley. He was determined to make my fitness goals a reality. His ability to effectively communicate with me and hold me accountable is why I was able to lose 30 lbs in three months. He provides an eating plan that made this pro so much easier. If you're someone like me who's scared to go to the gym because you have no idea what to do or where to start, Jeremy is your guy. He's great, very knowledgeable and great to work out with. He pushes me to the max and I always leave the gym drenched in sweat and feeling great. He offers early morning classes which I love because I get to start the day off feeling great. I've been working out with Jeremy for a few months now and have lost two inches off my waist, notice a difference in my body and I'm starting to feel great again little by little. I highly recommend Jeremy 100% if you're looking for a trainer. You won't regret it!

If you are looking for a qualified, dedicated personal trainer who will help you attain your fitness goals, look no further than Jeremy! I have been training with Jeremy since October 2022 and since then, I have become noticeably stronger, leaner, and more confident in my body.Not only is Jeremy an expert in his field, but he is also incredibly kind, patient, and encouraging. He consistently challenges me to push myself harder during each training session, while also making sure to adjust the workout to my individual fitness level and needs. He is knowledgeable about nutrition as well, and has given me valuable advice on how to fuel my body in the most effective and healthy way.One of the best things about working with Jeremy is how he keeps me accountable. When I first came to Coach Jeremy in January 2023 I was the heaviest I had ever been 226lbs. There was no set goal weight for me when I started I wanted to see how much weight I could lose/get in shape. This week marks the start of the 16th week since I started training with Coach Jeremy and I can't thank him enough he has completely changed my life. I am now at 175 and have lost over 50 lbs I still can't believe it. Coach Jeremy's experience as a fitness coach truly shows how committed he is to his clients. Creating challenging workouts weekly that suit each client's goals. Coach Jeremy is motivating, supportive, knowledgeable, and a true professional holding his clients accountable every day not just with scheduled workouts but with what his clients eat as well. Training with Jeremy has been the best decision I've made for my health. He pushes me when I feel like giving up which is so necessary for someone like me. Although, it is hard following the meal plans he is always encouraging me to stick with it. It's only been 3 weeks training with him and I look and feel better than ever! Can't wait to see where I'm at in the next couple of months!

Coach White has been instrumental to shifting my focus on improving my lifestyle and getting back to eating healthy. He kept me on track with my goals and I was able to lose 15lbs the first 1.5 month of training. It requires a lot of determination and focus to achieve your objectives but with the help of Coach White, you will be able to get there.

I know this is going to sound cliché, but Jeremy literally saved my life from being one filled with laziness and weight gain. From day 1, the intensity of his program makes sure that you're in it to win it, and the way that he helps you out in every aspect of weight-loss (not just training, but also diet, recovery, mental, all of it). In my first week in with Jeremy I lost 5lbs and had taken complete control over my diet, having gained much needed knowledge into which foods to avoid and what to eat more of. The diet ended up being much easier than I anticipated, and Jeremy made sure to help along every single step of the way.There is no recommendation for anything I have ever written on any platform that I can give higher praise for than J White Fitness. I couldn't handle sugar craving and was at my heaviest weight and at my lowest self esteem in my life. I researched a lot and found Jeremy!! I lost 12 lbs in two month and my shape with a lot better shape. He watched my diet and was very encouraging every time it was getting challenged for me. He knows very well what I can, or what is too much for me so I don't get too overwhelmed. I had to discontinue due to a personal reason but I can't wait to go back soon. I really miss working out with him. Try! You will never regret

I am always skeptical of fitness programs. It's hard to know whether you can trust that you are signing up for something that really works. But if you want to see real changes in your body, come see Jeremy. He helped me tone my body for summer and helped me recover from a shoulder/neck injury. Making time for training can be hard as a mom but I have brought my kids with me and he even gets them moving too. We all have a blast. You will not find a trainer better than Jeremy.

J is an AMAZING personal trainer!!! I was a bit skeptical at first because I've never had a personal trainer before but J makes the process so easy and FUN! The thing I love most about his program is how the workouts are actually tailored for your specific goals. He's very motivating and has such a great personality I definitely recommend!
