I want to thank Bernadette, the manager at HomeGoods in Granada Hills.She went out of her way today to help me with finding the right lampshade for my lamp. She really went beyond her duty to help me out. Good customer service unfortunately is hard to find nowadays. So when I experience it, I remember it. outstanding customer service Bernadette. Thank you very much, you made my day. !!

This HomeGoods location is actually really good. This location is really heavy on home furniture. Although you can find furniture at most HomeGoods, this one has a lot more on the floor. I also like that this location is very well maintained. There’s not a lot of product being out of place or thrown around. Overall a good store.

Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!! I called to ask if they have something in stock. The lady that picked up the phone said "I can't tell you that so you have to come in. Bye". I called again and asked to speak to a manager. Lo and behold, the lady I spoke to was the manager! So disrespectful.

Go here if you want to be accused of changing price tags on items just to later find out they charged you double, to go back and get treated worse than trash by the "manager". Horrible experience no apology just a snarky attitude. I don't know who decided to give that manager the title of "manager" but it needs to revoked!! Trash service and even bigger trash management!!

Double entrada is all I'll say I got cute blue sheets and pillows but they were way too big for my bed it's only a Queen but it's more like a double King oh well my dog Charlie and my cat BiBi can always sleep with me. Even they think the sheets were too big

i love homegoods, all of its items are great! i know that whenever i need any quality items i can go to homegoods. although there are many good places to shop for furniture, homegoods is one of my favorite places.
