I don’t know if they changed their groomer a couple months ago or not. But they have become real lazy with the way they groom my dog
It is almost like they do %50 of the grooming the last 4 times I took my dog there.
They literally skipped her head, legs, paws and claws. Never even touched her head.
I specifically told them 4 different times that the claws are the most important as her claws were starting to get curved but they did not do anything about it although they said they would.
I have been going to this groomer for about 1.5 years but I have to find a different groomer as they got worse overtime

I brought my two frenchies here for the first time. They did such a great job! My dogs smell so good and clean! Their nails and ears look great! I’m so happy to find an affordable dog groomer who actually does an excellent job! The parking sucks…but it’s worth waiting for a spot or parking in the red real quick!

Good place, friendly staff and dogs love it! Parking is horrible definitely come with two people of dropping off your animals.

If you love your dog and I’m sure you do, stay away from this place. Everything use to be fine bringing my dog here, but the last few times my dog has been coming back itching. One June 17th we brought our dog here for a bath and when we picked him up, he’s been limping from his back leg. He’s been in pain. When I called them to see if anything happened, they denied it of course and they were very rude about it. Now we have to take him to the vet and pay an arm and a leg. NEVER TAKING MY DOG HERE AGAIN!! And you shouldn’t either

ATTENTION!!!! For those of you who value their time and understand the meaning of an appointment.
My 8 month old puppy had an appointment set today for 11:00am (mind you, I've been coming here for years) I called them at 11:40am to see what time my puppy would be ready since I know longer live in the area and 1: they haven't even started on him. 2: they mentioned additional 45-1 hour will be needed. 3: supposedly they were about to start on my puppy. My partner decided to swing by there around 1:30pm to find out my dog was UNTOUCHED. UNREAL. No courtesy call. Lack of organization. And 0 effort to try and fix the problem. If you don't care how long your puppy stays in a cage go ahead and come here. 2 1/2 hours and NO SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN. I hope this helps those looking for a dog grooming place to GO ELSE WHERE.

Best place to take your dog. I have been taking Noodles there for the past two years and he always comes out fierce and shiny. Friendly staff and clean place. Noodles approved.

Horrible place!! Stay far far away!! Unprofessional, rude and very mean to animals. I don't even know how they haven't been shut down. Do not take your pets if you love them.

I used to take by dog here, but the last two times I did it was very disappointing. First my dog paw was bleeding I didn't say anything. The next time they gave him back to me looking like a Lyon. They just said "he wasn't cooperating" and gave him back to me. They still charge full price. Be careful if you take your dog here. He might end up traumatized like mine did.

They squeezed me in before Christmas!! Amazing service!! Anakin smells amazing! Gave him a full cut. But will definitely come back for a bath and trim.
