I was a first time customer and asked if they carried a certain item , i was assisted with the request but given the wrong item , I later returned to exchange it because I was given the wrong item after I gave a description of what I needed , there was no accountability or concern for giving me the wrong item i purchased , NO EXCHANGE or Refund was offered , just a too bad . . I only wanted to exchange it but my request was denied , So if you shop here be sure you get the correct item , otherwise just Shop At Lowes , Homedepot because they will honor your exchange or refund. . . It's sad you try to support your local small business but when they have no customer service skills your just forced to find an alternative .

I visited the hardware store for the first time due to an emergency at home and wow. This place came through with good quality parts at a good price. It’s a small place but it has a little bit of everything. Extremely impressed and I’ll definitely go back.

This hidden little hardware store was such a great find....They staff (Owners?) were so helpful and oddly they had exactly what I needed that none of the big box stores had in stock. This is really a nice little gem for a quick stop. Parking was easy and its small but packed full of DIY and hardware items.
