I called on Christmas Eve in hopes of having flowers sent to a good friend who was ill and could not participate in her family's Christmas festivities. I called a couple of other florists on Yelp and no luck. I called GH flowers and received excellent service with a prompt answer and they were able to deliver the same day! Once my friend received her flowers, she sent me a photo and I was really pleased with how the bouquet turned out! I told him I wanted to spend $75 and I feel I got a lot for my money. An excellent value, great service and beautiful quality!

This is a review that’s little overdue. The review is more of a commentary of their service and how they honor their customers. I been ordering from this shop for my local Granada hills family for last 2 years and they are always wonderful. Price is fair and they are quick. Mother’s Day 2023 I ordered a bouquet of red roses (placed order in advance of Mother’s Day knowing that day would be a rush) and when I ordered was delivered it was late and was substituted with other color roses due to the demand and low of supplies. I appreciate the effort but it was not what I ordered. I addressed my concerns to the owner and she was more than willing to accommodate. She gave me a credit of any bouquet I wanted next time from them they would just send it. And when the time came for my to redeem this credit she was super helpful and not bitter at all, she remembered me and my case and sent a nice bouquet for my aunt no questions asked.I did not resent or fault them for Mother’s Day rush as it’s one of the busiest times of the year for them, but they owned up to their actions and made effort to make things right. This is something that’ll always make me a forever customer of theirs. Thank you

They did an unbelievably great job in this presentation I mean when I received this, everybody was amazed at the establishment that I was currently at to receive this delivery. They are awesome I definitely recommend and not only are you going to get the best service, you're also going to be supporting a Granada Hills business that deserves to be supported, so I highly recommend this awesome business, and the owner was a kind, gentle good honest man to me.

Came here to purchase some flowers for my wife's birthday and came out with a gorgeous bouquet of flowers. Mina helped me out while she was with a customer. She was quick, friendly and professional. She knew exactly what to pick and I can't compliment her enough. I went in with a price range of $50 and it was definitely worth every penny. Needed flowers for a last-minute birthday celebration on a Sunday. Everywhere was closed so I took a chance & called GHF & they were able to put something gorgeous together quickly & at a reasonable price. It's my new go to Florist!

This is the most excellent florist shop in the valley. They take time make sure your preferences are ordered perfectly then send an even better version ! They made a lovely arrangement for my mom's 91 birthday and added free balloons to make her day even better ! Btw their prices are excellent too!

WOW! I had a last minute request for a wrist corsage for my son's date for prom. I called about 15 places and they were all very expensive or they would take too long. I called Granada Hills Flowers and they made a corsage for me in 20 minutes! So so so thankful!

Granada Hills Flowers is exceptional. The owner is hands on and always make sure every thing is perfect . As a locally owned business serving Granda Hills for many years we have never been disappointed. The flowers are exceptional. The pricing and is more than fair. Service is like walking in or calling and speaking with an old friend. It’s perfect.
