One of the best mechanics in the valley if not southern California We take both my and my mom's car to Frederick's Whatever we have a problem or our debt gritty. For a long roadship to have a double check everything finding my data. Who's not only honest but does good work and Has a extremely reasonable price for labor is almost unheard of 10 years ago, let alone now!

Fresh pads literally Saved me from hydroplaning when some light rain hit the Mojave roads Which would have absolutely ruined my vacation 10/10 business and person !

Fred is so wonderful! Smart, kind and fair! The dealership wanted to charge me $1000.00 to diagnose my car. Fred diagnosed and fixed it for $250.00 he is the best! Last honest mechanic!! Highly recommend!

I brought in a Mercedes that was operational to Fredericks Auto for a power steering repair. I also asked what it would cost to repair a misfire coming from the engine. I only wanted a texted quote in response. He did something to the vehicle that made it non-operational. The vehicle had been operational and functioning pretty well for 2 years prior to this. When I called for the status on the vehicle Fred told me that he could not repair the vehicle, that he had given up and it would have to be towed at my expense to another shop. Fred told me that the shop I was taking it to were idiots. Well guess what, they figured it out and the vehicle is operational once again. Fred also told me that the power steering was completely fixed, this was not true. When I drove it home from the other shop there was still noise coming from the steering column throughout the interior of the vehicle. I don't think a veteran mechanic could have failed in such an EPIC manner but he did. This is an honest appraisal of what happened to me. In closing, I left at least four voicemails on Fred's phone with no reply at all. That is poor customer service with no skill set. When I stopped by in person Fred said, " I'm not going to call you back because I'm not going to work on your car anymore." Regardless of that, out of common courtesy and respect you always call your customer back. If you want a great, reliable, and honest mechanic go to George's German Auto in Reseda. They will finish what the incompetent cannot!!!

So glad a gave Fredricks a try. What a great experience. Fredrick was so kind, knowledgeable and quick. I went in for new breaks and to service my AC, he ended up doing a bunch of little fixes as well at almost no charge. Highly recommend him, I have found my new mechanic.

Frederick's Auto gets an A+! Fredrick is extremely knowledgeable and honest! A rare combination. And this is coming from a woman who has been ripped off all over the valley trying to get my car serviced and repaired. I have a 2007 vehicle that I am desperately trying to keep running until this automotive crisis passes. Two years ago I had a mechanic tell me my engine was blown and he tried to buy my vehicle for $1000. Fredrick puts 100% into his work; he even fixed some extras for me with no charge he is a really standup man!!!

Let me just say that Fredrick is the most kindest most amazing person I have ever met in my life!! Let me tell you! My husband and I have bought a few used BMW's in the last few years and always end up having problems. We found Mr. Wonderful from a google search. We live in Glendale and he's on the other side of town. He has not only picked up our cars and towed him to his shop for us he also came and programmed our cars when we couldn't make it out there!! I mean.. who does that?! Finally I just decided hey if I want a reliable BMW I'm just buying one from Fredrick!! I am so pleased and happy with the customer service from him and his beautiful wife Flawra!! Unbelievable customer service!! Don't ever take your pre owned BMW / MERCEDES/ Volvo etc to anyone else!! Thank you guys so much for you're consistency! We love you guys!!

Found this place through a referral and so happy I did. So far the service I received was above expected, but mainly they get my car fixed for a fair price. I had a problem on my 2011 bmw 335 that's very modified and it was time to get it smogged. Went through a dozen shops over a period of two months and they tried replacing parts and charge me with no results. Came to Frederick's and was hopeless at first and getting annoyed by the process with no result prior. Without being able to drive my car for a while I was ready to give up. Fred got it going and legally smogged by New Years, which only gave him a few days to work on it. He was fair, thorough, and recommended a couple of repairs my car needed that I would've done otherwise. This is a one stop shop for all my car related needs.
