Terrible and unprofessional customer service. Went in today to get a simple pre paid postage (w/ mail tracking) and a female employee could not help me. When I asked to speak to a manager she got upset and whispered a curse word under her breath referring to me. Unbelievably disrespectful considering she couldn’t help me! Nonetheless another employee tried to help me but never checked on me and I left without my service. Wasted valuable time. Went to UPS and they were able to help me in 10 minutes and without the attitude. Hope you train your employees in a better way Fed Ex.

I don't know if I've ever been more satisfied with a postal office. I came to this store today to return my cap and gown and within seconds of walking through the door, a kind gentlemen greeted me, asked if I would be dropping off, and helped me over to the new self-checkout kiosk to walk me through how to scan my package. In less than a minute, I had a receipt in hand and was out the door. I think that has to count for some kind of a record! I definitely plan on coming back for any of my shipping needs.

FedEx is such a ripoff! Now if you need to print it gives you time options, 5min, 10min, etc. They say "click 10min and you won't be charged for what you don't use". Bull, I printed my w2 and was off in 4min, checked my visa, $10 dollar charge, total scam! Before it showed a clock and you got charged till the logout time. Petty capitalism!

Incompetent employee. Line was long and only one person was helping with shipping. After helping one customer he disappears for several minutes and then says he’s going on a lunch break. Ridiculous. Of course employees are entitled to breaks but make sure people are being helped before you go.

I think the gentleman's name is Agustin..... he went beyond EXCELLENT customer service!!!! HE MADE MY EXPERIENCE AT THIS PLACE ONE TO REMEMBER. This employee made me feel welcome and appreciated as a guest and went out of his way to accommodate to my every need. Every business needs an employee as dedicated as this gentleman...... thank u sir!!!! Merry X-MAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR

I am so happy I found this fed ex center! Its straightforward to get things done and the people there make it super easy! Recently I needed to send a bunch of stuff and Agustin was sooo efficient and knowledgeable. Life saver! Yoshi was also super helpful. This will be my go-to Fed ex now. : )
