Good experience. When I arrived no one was at the desk but an employee stocking shelves nearby immediately radioed for the gentleman who ran the counter. He took and logged my package quickly and with in a minute or two I had a text confirmation that it was received in their system . No complaints here .

My neighborhood Walgreens. Had to run out and get some meds in the middle of the night. Luckily, open till 10pm. I often get the Walgreens version of the brand names meds and the offer much more budget friendly option. For example the antacid relief I am looking for is $24 brand name for 50 tabs and $6.99 Walgreens version for 20 tabs. Janie was working tonight and was very helpful in assisting me and getting me checked out quickly which was appreciated since I wasn't feeling so great.

The red head at the counter discriminated me for taking my therapy dog. She didn't say anything to the other people that brought in their dogs.

I've been coming to this pharmacy since I moved to Granada Hills 5 years ago. At first it was OK, but its been going downhill for a while now. There ALWAYS problems with sale items either not scanning at the sales price at the register, or being out of sale items the day a sale starts.The pharmacy is the WORST. They have a bad attitude, are very SLOW, and just don't care about customer service anymore. The latest and last straw for me was on Sunday I pulled into the drive-through to pick up a prescription that the site notified me was ready. It was 3 pm and there was one car ahead of me. It took 20 minutes for that car to be serviced, and then they finally got their prescription and moved on. I pulled up, and no one came to the widnwo for 5 minutes. I pushed the buzzer for service and was told that their were customers ahead of me (???) and that they would be with me asap. I waited 12 more minutes and no one ever came to the drive-up window, so I left in frustration.I spend at least $2000.00 a year at Walgreens, but I've had enough. There is a CVS down the street, I'm going to give them a try to see if they can do better. They certainly can't do worse.AMF, Walgreens!

The photo shop is the worst. I wish there was another Walgreens close to my house. The lady that works there obviously does not want to be there. Her attitude is the worst. She's rude and unpleasant. I can't wait to get in and out every time I need prints. I do not shop in the store because it takes too long in the photo shop to have time.

The worst's people from the pharmacy today. Pharmacy technician named VERONICA AND LENA! Very rude and unprofessional especially VERONICA! Someone teach this girl Some manners. FEEL bad for WALGREENS cause now you are going to loose a customer maybe more customers because of this girl name VERONICA. Pls management teach her how to deal with customers and teach her manners also. I'm never going back to this pharmacy or WALGREENS atAll. Sorry not sorry. Hope you guys will take careOf this rude person. Also they're other customers she was rude too! Not just me! I wouldPut zero if I could on your date!

Shout out to Randy for being incredibly professional and overall wonderful customer service. His service stood out to me, and felt confident in sending my package and using this location's services. I would highly recommend giving them a shot! They can be a bit more pricey than UPS or USPS but their service is too notch. Thanks again Randy! Happy Holidays!

Ive only ever come in here to make copies. It's definitely a lot less busy in that sense than other FedEx Kinko locations. At least in the hours I've been there. I can't speak for the staff, but I have never had to spend more than 5 minutes here. There is always a copy machine ready and waiting for me and I never have any difficulty getting what I need copied and in a good enough quality that I can get in & out in no time. No complaints here! If you need to make some quick copies and don't want to/need to bother any employee, then this location is for you! Not to mention it's in a large shopping center with ample parking so you won't have to worry about that!

I stopped by this FedEx store to drop off a package that I needed to return to HP. The label and everything was already paid for so I just had to go drop it off and get a receipt that I dropped it off. Finding parking was easy because it's in a big plaza so I just park in those parking instead of the parking places that is near FedEx since they were full. Once I walked in, I was able to walk straight up to the counter to drop off my item. The person helping me just put the package on the scale and then scanned the label. After that he give me my receipt and that was it. I looked around the store after I got my receipt and it seems pretty organized. They have some school supplies, along with packing supplies as well throughout the store. They also have a workstation area if you need a computer and a printing station as well.

I don't what happened but package it said delivered on front door. But when I check out side it it's not there I feel drop off Other house on my townhouse I'm really disappointed who ever delivery person on that day cause he or she didn't bring highest level costumer service. Overall makes me not shipping any packages a FedEx. Be aware you package will be lose !!!

I absolutely loved the service at this fedex in Granada hills!! Randy was so professional and helped me get my daughters headshots as fast as possible! I'm really great full for their service and I feel like a can come here for all my printing needs! Thanks for taking care of us Randy! I look forward to working with you guys again!!!!

Store is clean and you can spot plenty of employees wearing masks. It is not bare on employees compared to other nearby pharmacies.Shelves are stocked and always seasonal items appealing as you walk in.I like that I am not running into homeless or begging at the entrance.Plenty of parking.
