I hate when I call somewhere to see if they have lie to you to get you to come into the store I'm personally disabled hard for me to get around needed to refill my propane tanks get them all the way into the store which is hard for me to get them in there and then they tell me we only do exchanges after I call and had a long conversation with the idiot that works there on the phone that tells me they do fill ups why lie to a customer this was my first and last you time here I will never shop here again I guess they're scam getting me to come in to try to buy something did not work I hate liars

A variety of goods await here for those interested in home maintenance and repair. On this visit I hoped to find an indoor 3-step ladder but found only one model. Unfortunately that one does not meet my needs.

All I gotta say is, I came into this store to let someone know I had a job application sent in a couple days ago, this was an older white female, skinny, blonde, with a high ponytail. This 1 star is for you (if I could put 0 stars I would've done so) Look listen, I understand you and your company aren't a bicycle shop, but when I ask for assistance as a customer, don't proceed to tell me that the company can get into trouble for helping people do a quick fix such as just using 2 wrenches to tighten a bike chain that takes 3 minutes, and then keep my hopes up acting like you were going to help anyway even after telling me that, in which you didn't help which is your job, because you then tell me there's more important things to handle and then storm off outta nowhere and leave me hanging, I think I deserve as much respect as a customer trying to buy something lady, lets just get that straight. Just because of that experience I can't see myself working around anyone like you, couldn't even help me as a customer, let alone be nice and respectful. Extremely pathetic, smh ?

I like coming to this store for Gardening, home improvement , cleaning products. Kitchen appliances! Their employee Pranali at the Granada Hills, CA store is AWESOME!!!!!!! She's polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Made my boyfriend and I feel like family.
