Love this store, but I just called to ask about if they had a copy machine or not. Very simple question, right? Some stupid lady was instantly very rude to me and hung up immediately.

I stopped by this CVS on my way home from work to drop off my UPS package. This CVS looks pretty outdated and not kept well maintained from the outside. I was able to find parking in the plaza the store is in. When I walked in, I saw the store wasn't that busy and that they had 2 checkout station now. The photo area is where you can drop off your UPS package which is in front of the store when you walk in next to the self checkout area. The lady working with me was nice and helped scan my package to give me my receipt.

Jim the SALES ASSOCIATE decided to play the role of pharmacist while I was picking up my meds tonight. I was trying to go through my consultation with the actual pharmacist and hear what meds they were able to give me tonight and what I’d need to come back for. As I am speaking with the pharmacist JIM decided to come in and close the gate on me while we are mid-conversation. I am now without one of my most important medications and have triple what I need of another medication because I couldn’t have a conversation with the actual pharmacist. My health is now in jeopardy because JIM wanted to play the role of pharmacist and close up the store on me while I was in the middle of the important conversation I needed to have. THANKS JIM

They give you the run around and also asked for a transfer on meds to another cvs. Was told they couldn’t do it and when I called the other pharmacy they said that they are able to transfer the meds and they had to help me out on there end instead.

I don't know where they found SUPERVISOR JAMES and his boy wonder, but I ordered a "same day" canvas picture around 9:30 AM. I got the, "Your item is ready" message around 11:30 but decided to wait a little longer since they day before when I bought one, it wasn't ready. I show up around 1 or 2 and what do you know, it's not ready. I live in Porter Ranch and they don't offer this service at my CVS or another closer one. Mind you gas is $6.50 a gallon. They tell me it's printed but the canvas isn't mounted. I come back in 15 minutes, and they are mounting it. James showing boy wonder how to do it. They finish it, show me ant they mounted it so crooked that there is a black triangle at the top and part of the picture stretching on to the bottom part of the frame. I said, "What is this?" It's all crooked and the black frame is stretched over the picture. Supervisor James says, "It looks OK, you can see where it says Chicago." I said, "You know I'm going to complain about this right? They offered to make another and James say, "It'll only be 5 minutes." I have groceries in the car so I want to sit with the AC on. 15 minutes later I go back in to finally get my picture. They both see me and I sit for 15 more minutes waiting. I finally ask if my picture is ready and they say they can't figure out the machine. Supervisor James starts blaming the morning crew, but I saw HIM mounting the canvas crooked. I go home and plan on returning before they close. I drive back here from Porter Ranch at 7pm and they tell me that the machine is broke and they can't do anything. I said, "Well of course you sent my project to the CVS down at Nordhoff where they also do the service." Boy wonder says, "Did they tell you they did that?" I said, "No, but that's the logical thing to do since you have my phone number and didn't call me." This is the bad customer service I see at no skill jobs. I said, "Your machine broke, you have my number and you didn't call me!?" I said, "Well give me the original one." James took it out of the box and I took it and started to leave the store. James said, "You have to pay for that" I said, "I'm not leaving my painting with you so someone else can hang it on their wall! I spent 40 hours working on it." I didn't want it, I just didn't want my original piece out there. So I took out my key and sliced the canvas to hell and gave it back. Again the customer service thing to do would to have been to let me have it until I can re ddo it. Now I race home to my computer to prepare another order since I need this by tomorrow. I thought ordering at 9:30am would cover this... But now the same day service is no longer available. Thanks CVS, Supervisor James and Boy Wonder.

I went to buy Covid-19 kits and it took 30mins to get them. No one is telling me anything, just that it will be ready soon. When someone finally asks me if I am good, I say no, I am still waiting for my kits. I was told that they are treated as a prescription and I have to wait because there are other prescriptions in front of me. I was told twice that it would only take a few minutes and that was false. When I asked for clarification that since it is a prescription, do I have to wait for all of the other prescriptions in front of me before I can get mine, I was told no there are many other things that have to happen first. I ask for an example and was told that they cannot explain it, they would have to show it to me and cannot, as if I am a simple person with no brain. Then the other employee tells me that I am complaining to the wrong person. They were very combative when I was asking for clarification, very unprofessional! So, here we go CVS, GET YOUR PROTOCOLS RIGHT. WHEN THERE IS A CUSTOMER IN FRONT OF YOU, HANDLE THEM FIRST AND EFFICIENTLY!

Do not, I repeat do not go to this CVS Pharmacy. Literally came here 3x for one prescription because they didn't process my pick up order. Every time, the line is long and service is horrible. When they finally have my prescription for pickup, I still have to wait around for an hour. Just don't. It's time consuming.

For the last few visits, there has been ONE checkout person, one self checkout was out of service and the other was useless for anything that needed an ID check (like flu medication) because there was no one free to check it. I understand supply issues but the cold and flu aisle is virtually empty. We have been using this location for years but no more. In fact, I'm done with CVS altogether when there are alternatives like Target that are stocked and have much better pricing.

I always come late so no problem with lines. Also this store remains open till 11:00. Which is convenient for me.
