Went in to get some help with an account transfer and closure that another Chase branch messed up. Jorge and the tellers at this particular branch are, by far, the best bankers I’ve interacted with.
I didn’t have an appointment but they helped me asap and Jorge was great. Non-judgmental about my situation, empathetic to my issue, and worked quickly to fix the problem. 5/5 stars for this branch!!

It's been years since I met with a banker in person at this location. Today's customer service was excellent! Just like the earlier visit. Now I claim this Chase as MY bank.

Horrible lady, Nelli. Has an attitude for no reason. I thought she was having a bad day but she was so sweet and kind to the kid she was training. Poor guy.

I came to this branch because I happened to be in the area. I was doing an errand with them and my other bank, Premier Credit Union. They can do some training on customer service. There was no greeting when you walked in the door, and no acknowledgement from anyone to offer to assist you. There was no one in line at the time, and no customers being assisted on their windows, so you would think someone would be free to offer some assistance. We walked over to one window and there was a teller talking to another teller. He didn't stop to acknowledge us, so we asked him if he was open. He just pointed to the next window and proceeded to speak to his co-worker. We walked over to the other window where we were directed, and there was a teller moving wrapped coins in a cartridge. He also did not look up at us, or acknowledge us. We waitied a couple seconds thinking he would let us know he can help us as soon as he was able to, and he never said anything. At that point, I made sure to look at his name tag so I can make sure his name was on this review. His name's George and he can definitely brush up on basic customer service skills. A basic greeting and acknowledgement to a customer can go a long way. We asked him if he was open, and he said, "Yes, what can I do for you?" He processed our request, but the service at this bank really can use some improvement. No one smiled, and no one acknowldged us or offered to help us. It was around 12pm, and they are open until 4pm, so it's not like they were rushing to close. The only person that offered to help us is a lady, asian I think, wearing a black dress, who came from the back area and came to me and my mom while we were waiting for George to finish processing our request. She said hello and asked us if we needed any help.That's when we told her no, we were all the same party and was already being helped. I wish the other tellers can at least greet their customers like she did. Especially coming from Premier across the street, (whose service was top notch), it was quite a difference. That was a clear picture of how a credit union really treats their members with alot of care vs the bigger commercial banks like Chase.

Hey, can you please update google maps or something to inform us that you are closed or accepting appointments only? It would save people time and gas. Thank you. The one close to my house was also close. But data on google maps was not updated as well.

This location is very convenient and the staff is always so friendly and polite. I choose to only come to this location for my banking needs. They are not pushy and take the time to listen to you. Whenever you are doing a transaction, they confirm and repeat before they execute the transaction.

I have needed assistance with several banking issues over the last few weeks. I was helped by a wonderful banker named Gabry. She returned messages in a timely manner, met us on time with our appointments, and helped us accomplish everything that we set out to. Gabry is very professional and a great person to ask for if you need assistance.

This branch is full of garbage, they lie saying a coin shortage and only gave me $20 in quarters when I asked for $40 and said they didn't have anymore in the entire branch!?! What kind of BullS is that! So I went to another branch and had no problem, instead I got $50 in quarters no problems..... then the moron tells me I have to wait till the end of the week when they get more, what a lying Pinocchio

This branch is wonderful. I've had nothing but the most professionalism from the branch managers to the tellers. My mother loves everyone so much at this branch that I am beginning to believe that she comes to this branch just to catch up with them. I have come here for all my banking needs from putting money into an IRA to the little things and love them! It's a shame that people have posted such negative things about the branch. I've been banking here for almost 6 years now and no problems.
