It's been years since I met with a banker in person at this location. Today's customer service was excellent! Just like the earlier visit. Now I claim this Chase as MY bank.

Drivers in and out its parking lot, do not respect pedestrians walking through the side-walk. Please, post a sign asking customers to do it

This location is very convenient and the staff is always so friendly and polite. I choose to only come to this location for my banking needs. They are not pushy and take the time to listen to you. Whenever you are doing a transaction, they confirm and repeat before they execute the transaction.
